I took my mom to appointment with Dr Chao earlier this week. Both my mom and I were beyond impressed with Dr Chao patience and kindness. She took all the time needed to explain her findings to my mom. You could imagine at 83 this is a stressful process but my mom was more than comfortable. Dr Chao is very gentle with her hands… which made my mom feel safe. She has not stopped talking about her visit all week! Thank you Dr Chao for making a difficult situation more manageable. Thank you also to Amanda who has been nothing but helpful! Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

This place is Amazing! Not only is the office very inviting, but everyone who works there are sooo friendly! They make you feel completely comfortable which is hard for a dentists office! They are also great at accommodating busy schedules! I had an emergency and they got me right in. I am currently a stay at home mom and they have been great at working around my schedule! They are wonderful here and I highly recommend them!!!

I can’t say enough good about Dr. Maggie Chou. She is a fantastic dentist. I took my nine year old to her to get an opinion about his teeth when he was four and my six year old to her for an opinion about his multiple cavities. She takes the fear out of going to the dentist. She immediately made the kids feel comfortable (and mom too). She is very professional and truly cares about her patients. You can tell that she enjoys what she does and is kind, extremely intelligent, but fun. My kids actually asked when they could go back. If that is not a seal of approval, I don’t know what is. Our whole family trusts and loves Dr. Chou!

Love dr. maggie chao, most skilled and friendliest dentist. She did one of my really difficult crown in a tight area near the wisdom teeth (upper too), I never had any problems with it. Though slightly on the pricey side, I say it is worth it, to be pain-​free and worry free. I will do major dental maneuvers with her, even if it means to drive from SF to Walnut Creek sometimes. I had bad experience with several other dentists in SF before finding Dr. Chao.
