I pride myself as a very good researcher. Almost 12 years ago, we found ourselves needing better representation for a difficult custody case. I researched carefully and finally called the top guy on our list. When the lawyer answered, he told me it was the 1^st day of his retirement and he was on his way to Florida. So I asked, «Well if you are going to Florida, who will you consider the best person to take your place?». He gave us John’s name. We’ve never looked back. We are so grateful to John. He was empathetic when discussing the case. Yet he was the right kind of aggressive when we were in court. To this day, we still seek his advise for other legal concerns, even to topics outside of the custody. We can’t say enough good things about our experience with John.

I had James Choate representing me. He always showed up on time, was very knowledgeable in responding to any questions or concerns that I had, and most importantly never made me feel like my case wasn’t important. He’s definitely not one of those «slime ball» lawyers that will ill advise you. and constantly answer his cellphone, then run out of the room. I was always informed about anything that I needed to do. Bottom line –Mr. Choate is a friendly guy who knows his profession. I would also like to mention that Pat Spencer is awesome.
