Lori is absolutely fabulous, truly a baby whisperer! She did our little guy’s newborn photos at one week old in September 2015 and I could not be happier! Lori is so patient, creative and incredibly talented at her craft! She captured the most amazing moments and then some, completely exceeding my expectations. I would highly recommend her and I can’t wait to keep preserving our family’s precious moments again and again with Images by Lori!

OMG Lori is an amazing photographer! Plus she’s super kind, patient, funny, and creative! No matter what the chaos is with your kids she can find a way to capture the best moments! We love her and hope she keeps taking our family photos even when she’s the coolest granny photographer in town (and she will be, trust me)! Hip hip hooray for Lori!

Lori was soooo fun to work with! She shot our wedding on June 26, 2015 and we couldn’t have asked for a better, more amazing, and sweeter soul to work with. She was so kind and patient with all the photos we wanted and she came up with the most creative shoots.

Lori has done our engagement, wedding, maternity, newborn, and family photos and I LOVE her. We were comfortable with her immediately as she is so friendly and sweet. She drove out to the Palace of Fine Arts for our engagement shoot because I really wanted to do our photos there. She spent over 5 hours with my son during his newborn shoot because the stubborn little guy just didn’t want to sleep. We have so many amazing pictures taken by her over the years and I am so thankful!

Lori has such a sunny disposition and amazing spirit. It all comes out in her portraits.
I haven’t been able to continue using her year after year but I will not go to anybody else for my family photos or wedding photography. She does not disappoint. She gets a creative shot every time.

I’m so so so happy I had Lori do my baby’s newborn shoot! I I got another photographer photo shoot as a gift but she charged an arm and a leg for the digital files so I used Lori on recommendation from a friend. She gives you all the digital files and they are all beyond beautiful. We went to her cute little studio and spent a couple hours getting my baby in to the most adorable poses and taking pictures. The pictures are so perfect and gorgeous I still tear up every time I look at them!

This Unilocal review is way overdue. Lori was the photographer for our wedding in the Berkeley Hills in September, 2011. She was absolutely amazing! We met with several photographers before choosing her. We immediately knew she was the right choice for us. She made us feel at ease, her prices were reasonable, and the photos she showed us were a perfect mix of traditional and artistic– which was just what we (really, I) wanted.
On the day of, Lori delivered exactly what we wanted. She captured all of our special moments, and we were so pleased with our finished photos. I feel so blessed that we found Lori, and she was able to work with us.
While we haven’t taken any professional photos since, if we did, I would specifically request Lori’s services again. She is wonderful to work with, and she really knows how to capture the magic of each moment.

I would recommend Lori to any family trying to capture each individual personality. She is fantastic with kids and babies!!! She brought her own props and truly cares about getting the best photos!!! You’re awesome Lori!!!

My now husband and I want to shout from the moon what an AMAZING photographer Lori is! She photographed our wedding two weeks ago, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with our experience.
From the start, she was so professional, yet personable, making us feel so comfortable (which is important if you are sort of uncomfortable in front of the camera!) From the time she arrived on our wedding day, she and her partner for the afternoon helped keep us on track, while keeping everyone totally at ease. We loved her portfolio, so we just asked her go with her vision for our day, and it was so fun! She had the most creative, unique and adventurous ideas and poses for us and our bridal party, and she and her partner were so enthusiastic that it was contagious! Climb into that creek for a picture? Heck yeah! And we just got some of our preview pictures back, and they look like something from a magazine.
If you are on the fence about a photographer, you have to check out Lori’s Facebook page. Her pictures speak for themselves, and as far as working with her and her team — trust me when I say they are wonderful! Aside from the glowing personalities behind the camera, they are super thoughtful — at one point someone accidentally spilled punch down the back of my dress, and Lori and her partner ran up and used their own dresses to absorb the stain! Hahaha, talk about quick thinking!

I have had my portraits taken several times now by Lori. I just love her unique and charming personality. She is creative and interactive and she suggests the best locations and positioning for each session.
She creates and captures wonderful moments that look natural and definalely do not look staged.
Her work is hung proudly on my walls at home, at work and some has been used for online media on my website.
Lori will always be our family photographer !

I cannot put into words how amazing Lori is. She has photographed me and my daughter twice now, and I am hoping she will be my go to forever :) She is so patient and professional, and she’s not on a timetable, she will take as long as it takes to capture the moment perfectly. I highly recommend Images by Lori if you want a professional but fun photography experience. We used them for our wedding at St. Michael and Concannon Vineyard in Livermore in September. We couldn’t have been happier. Lori and Shawnee are an amazing team that work so well together and make you feel incredibly comfortable. They handled the craziness of the day with such ease, even when the director at the church was breathing down our necks to finish up our photos. Lori was directing and shooting photos a mile a minute to get everything in which I am very grateful for. They handled the situation perfectly. The photos came out beautifully and we just loved all of the candid shots. That’s how you do the business! Lori is truly gifted photographer not only her work is spectacular but also she has amazing personality all kids would love. I found her from Unilocal (5 stars!), so didn’t hesitate to contact her for my second son’s 1^st birthday party. She was very responsive and prompt. On the party day, she captured all the best moments you can possibly think of. Plus, she even entertained kids with her vibrant personality while taking shots. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to capture one of the best life time moments with your kids and family.

Lori is so professional! She is a quiet storm, makes you comfortable with her right from the start.
