I wanted to like them, I really did. Had their rep come out and meet me at our new office, as early as the next day of my initial inquiry. After that, it took weeks to get an estimate from them and I had to follow up multiple times. The rep was somewhat responsive at first, however I’ve now emailed him three times and in the past few weeks and have yet to hear back. Frankly, it’s a little frustrating — especially considering the fact that we were ready to move forward with our project. Either hire more account managers to pick up the slack or have them do a training on time management.
