You get what you pay for… They had to return twice to fix what they didn’t do as promised, did wrong(despite contract and detailed pictures given to workers), did poorly(and have yet to make things right), clean-up(paint splatters all over still not cleaned up, masking tape residue all over window trim, already collecting dirt and still not cleaned up). We finally gave up and paid for services and product not received just to get them out of our hair. The first clue we should have paid attention to was when Ed did not write anything down when we did a walk-through with him of issues we had. He may have a photographic memory as he believes, but it was left to me to tell the workers what needed to be corrected as they were clueless. Ed wasted my time which was disrespectful. The sad thing is that he had many chances to make things right and choose not to. Now our neighbor, who also got an estimate, will not be using his services. And we didn’t have to say a word to the neighbor; all he had to do was watch us as we examined the work and documented the issues. Sorry Ed, you had a chance to make things right multiple times.

I had a great experience with this company, from quote to finish. They recently completed painting the outside of my home. I found their painters to be skilfull, efficient, and accommodating. I have wooden siding and in parts it is quite rough. When I noticed that roughness was not covered up by the paint, they gave it another coat and and in one case, a third coat. But here’s the real reason I’m writing this review. After the job was complete, I was a little disappointed in the trim color. It didn’t turn out quite the way I had imagined it would. Owner Ed Gutierrez volunteered to redo it and arranged for the paint supplier to work with me on the color modification. He is a man of his word. I was astounded and now I am thoroughly delighted with the end result.
