They are up front with their costs, actually my order was less than originally quoted. I sent all of my baby photos to them and was so happy with my digital copies. The dvd came out great, but more importantly my photos were returned in perfect condition. Its scary to send your one and only copies across the country and await for their return.
You can trust Larsen and I will be back!

Be sure you get a up front cost and hold them to it. or at best ask to be informed immediately if they discover additional costs. I brought in my invoice when I picked up the finished product and to my surprise they had charged my card an addition $ 100.00 plus.:(I explained I didn’t question the fact they did the work or the quality of the work… I did not approve the additional cost and at least deserved a phone call to inform me. The gal that was helping me told me i was charged correctly and not much she could do about it. She got some one else on the line and they to confirmed it was correct. I asked for a call back to discuss the process with the manager. Hav not heard back from them to date:(
