I grew up in Pleasant Valley and Four Brothers is a family favorite! Every visit back home it is a goal of mine to enjoy some Four Brothers Pizza with a Greek salad! Their house salad dressing is awesome! My family has a tradition to not swap out our salad plates for clean pizza plates bc we love to dip the pizza in the dressing! I also currently have some dressing in my fridge here in NC! Awesome pizza that is not «NY Style»!! Wish I could have some for dinner tonight!

They should not call themselves a pizza place. The pizza was clearly frozen. It was tasteless, served on cardboard, and the dough wasn’t crispy at all. Additionally, the light fixture above our table had a ton of cobwebs and dead bugs in it, which is not very appetizing.
However, the mozzarella sticks were delicious and the waiter was very friendly.

Left questioning the authenticity of their pizza.
I will first let it be known I’m only rating this place for their pizza. I ordered a large plain pie, the best way to judge a place in my opinion. The only way I could be more certain this dough isn’t homemade is if I were standing in the kitchen watching them. Just looking at the pizza I knew something was up. It looked like it was baked in a Pizza Hut pan, first red flag. It was cut into 12 slices, second red flag. There was a cardboard circle underneath the pie, like the kind you get when you buy frozen pizza. The dough had the taste and texture of Red Baron’s French bread frozen pizzas, which are terrible. I was tempted to call them back and ask what brand dough they use so that I can avoid it going forward. I will absolutely never order pizza here again, what a mistake.

Four Brothers, you will always be amazing! I have been going to these restaurants since my friend introduced me when we were in high school (roughly 16 years ago, yikes) and it’s still just as amazing.
I was sad to hear the Poughkeepsie location closed, but excited to learn there was another location not too far. My friend and I came to the Pleasant Valley restaurant when I was up visiting recently. We of course had to go old school and order what we used to order: large pizza with fresh tomato and artichoke hearts, a large greek salad, and this time two glasses of red wine instead of two diet cokes.
It was oh so good! Hit the spot, brought back memories and luckily we had leftovers so I could have some again the next day! And of course I left with a purchased bottle of their salad dressing.

Are here twice. Got the gyro the first time and a salad. Second time we got two different pizzas, another Greek dish, and some chicken dish. I forgot the chicken one because it wasn’t mine. The goat cheese pizza was good but the dough was poorly done. The other dishes were mediocre at best and the price wasn’t worth the result. Not many options in PV so I guess this should be on the list. I know my wife and I will not be going back.

If you are lucky enough to find yourself near one of the Four Brothers restaurants, you should absolutely give them a try. Their pizza has a distinct taste that cannot be found anywhere else. And their Greek salad, with their own Greek dressing is amazing. You can even purchase bottles of their dressing to bring home. When we go (or order out), we usually get a plain or margarita pizza and a regular greek salad. For the two of us this gives us enough to eat and gives us a full meal of leftovers, which always seems just as good as the first time.

We used to go to this place when I was a kid, and it was my favorite restaurant. I’ve since moved to Austin, but every time I come home to visit family, we make sure to stop in for a meal. Pizza is great, staff is always very friendly, and their greek salad dressing is to die for. Wish we could get this kind of food down south!

Absolutely LOVE Four Brothers! Have been going since I was a kid. It was always my grandfathers favorite and now also mine. I grew up in Poughkeepsie but have since moved to Boston and at least every other time I’m home, I go here to enjoy the salad (usually bring a dressing back to MA with me!) and their pizza!
Delicious!
Only complaint is that sodas aren’t free refills =/

Great food and very friendly service. We order Four Brothers almost once a week! The Greek salad and pizza is a family favorite. We usually get take out, but when we do eat in the service is friendly and welcoming.

Four Brothers Pizza is a serious hit in my family, we probably have it about two or three times a month. The salad and dressing are great too (personally, I like to use the dressing to dip my pizza into). The food, in my opinion, is better than the pizza and the desserts are awesome too. When you eat there, there’s a wide assortment of bottled beers and wine as well. The waitresses are always super friendly and accommodating and the owner (who LOVES my family) is one of the nicest dudes ever.
