I have been looking for a while for a new winter coat, and didnt really have Eddie Bauer in mind. Walked into the store and was greeted promptly. Looked at a few coats and encountered a guy named Bill. This guy really knew his shit. He asked what I used the coat for and gave me a great suggestion because I am outdoors quite a bit. Could not be more pleased with the level of service here and will certainly return again. The cashiers are pleasant as well!

If you love Eddie Bauer, I guess you’ll love this «outlet» store. It’s really not much different price wise than the regular mall Eddie Bauer so I’m not convinced that shopping here is worth the trip.
One big bonus is that the outlet tends to carry long or tall sizes, so it’s easier to find things for the Mister. Otherwise, a lot of the stuff is made specifically for the outlet and is lower in quality than regular stores so choose carefully. Everyone who works here seems to be super nice, so that’s a plus.
If you need sweaters, puffer jackets or woodsy apparel, they’ve got it here.

Was there the night before. Looked around and they had a HUGE sale going on. Prices were very reasonable (due to the sale). Manager acknowledged us when we entered the store. (Kudos to the management and staff!) Employees are VERY helpful and friendly! Father bought a jacket that was $ 69.99 retail… 50% off and paid $ 36 plus tax.
Some other establishments in the mall should follow their example. I wonder which ones I’m thinking about… hmmmmm!
