I was at BCBG at the Rosemont «Chicago Fashion Outlets» and wanted these beautiful shoes for my wedding. They needed to order them from the Pleasent Prarie location because the store I was in was out of them. For $ 105.00 I got the shoes I wanted USED with no packing slip and in a box three times the size of the shoe box. I’m pissed because that’s one extra thing to add to my checklist of things to straighten out due to this store’s lack of common sense. When someone places an order for expensive shoes, they want NEW ONES. Not too much to ask. Very disappointed.

I’ll be honest– this happened a long time ago, maybe 1 – 2 years. But time has failed to heal all wounds on this one.
I went one night before BCBG closed and looked through the racks real quick for a party dress. I realized that basically all their clothes in general were ripped or had missing/​loose buttons. Even if something is severely discounted, I didn’t want to deal with repairs (some major). I decided that even though things looked bleak, I would stop by again and have a more careful look.
The next day I went back to resume browsing, in the dressing room I just couldn’t make do with all the damaged clothing.
Then
1. Sales associate said «Jackets like that make my friend look fat too»
2. I overheard her loudly implying to another sales associate that I was indeed the one who ripped/​damaged all that stuff.
3. I got carded. Since I didn’t have my ID for a casual shopping trip, I spent all that time sifting through BCBG’s crap for NOTHING
I tried to get over it but it just hurts on a very basic level.

When a BCBG outlet goes on sale, this is the prime time to hit up BCBG! Here, I picked up a pair of really cute red crocodile flats, a khaki tube dress (with pockets!), red silk pleated dress, and a sparkly red tank dress with satin on the bottom (see pictures). Damage to my wallet — ONLY $ 106 but it sure brightens up my closet!
