Each time I’ve visited Med Express I’ve had a pretty pleasant experience. Thankfully, not too often do I have to go. Their check-​in is quick and typically do not have to wait long to the exam room. I did wait while in the exam room (just over a half hour.)
The PA that saw me was thorough and had good bedside manner. You’re able to get X-​rays as well there that I’ve had on both visits. Once for a sprained ankle and respiratory.
I stopped at the emergency room at Jefferson before going to Med Express because they have a quick care place within I «quick“ly left because it was a total disaster there. If you need medical care after hours of your doctor or on a weekend, Med Express is a sufficient substitute. Most times it’s not too busy.

Made one of the most terrible ordeals we’ve had with our 16 MO daughter as bearable as could be… Quick and efficient when we got there and checked in at 9AM on a Sunday (very crowded when we left at 10AM), quick triage and treatment with a friendly PA, and nice service all around. Waiting room was clean with wifi.

I was very pleased with the service that I received at MedExpess in Pleasant Hills. They were friendly and courteous. One of the receptionists even wished me an early Happy Birthday. Everyone that I dealt with was friendly and courteous. The PA Blake took care of me and she was great and knowledgeable. Altogether I was in and out in 40 minutes. I arrived at 10:40 on a Sunday morning and was out of there by 11:20. Thank you !!!
