Raven’s Bed & Biscuit

My two dachshunds just spent a weed at Raven’s and I couldn’t be happier. I know they were well cared for because they weren’t stressed out at all when I picked them up. I was a nervous wreck leaving my babies but they couldn’t have had better care!

I moved to the area from Los Angeles, where fantastic pet services abound. I searched high and low for a reputable cat-​sitting service for nearly 18 months upon moving to the Eugene area. Personally, I don’t care to leave my two cats in kennels as I have found them to be unhealthy for my pets (weight-​loss, depression, minimal personal attention, etc.) Upon meeting with Deb (proprietor of R1), I knew that I had made a contact for life. Not only is R1 genuinely concerned about each and every animal in their care, the administrative side of the business is extremely impressive and highly professional.
Now when I travel, whether three days or three weeks, I feel more than comfortable leaving my kitty-​kids in the very capable hands of R1. The service actually comes to my own home, spends time petting and playing with my kitties, keeps check on my mail, turns different lights off/​on, and has even managed to save a couple of my plants!
During my last trip, one of my cats had some vomiting issues (which is an unfortunate «normal» issue for Siamese). Imagine my surprise upon returning home and finding that R1 actually cleaned my floors! That said, they’re not a housekeeping service, but it just goes to show what kind of commitment everyone at R1 has for their clients and pets. Simply exceptional! Not only do I appreciate the fierce dedication R1 has to my kids, I love getting picture texts of them while I’m away.. . makes me feel so good about the folks looking after my kitty-​babies and puts my mind at ease.
I can, without an ounce of reservation, recommend Raven One Premier Pet Services to everyone in the Eugene area and beyond. Regardless of whether you have horses, dogs, bunnies, or kitties (and a lot of other pets I haven’t listed), R1 can look after your extended family like family. Raven One is a real gem in the Emerald City! (And Deb is not only amazing, but, a pet healthcare professional!)
