John Kirby performed a miracle on our white fluffy wool carpet today. I thought for sure after our dog was sick that I was going to have to roll it up and throw it out. He was kind on the phone, showed up right on time and our carpet looks brand new! I would recommend him for any carpet needs in the future.

Awesome service, great staff. John always calls to confirm your appointment. Staff shows up when promised. They do a great, thorough job, adjust to your needs on the fly, don’t try to needlessly upsell treatments, and treat your home and belongings as you would. Highly recommend!

Kirby’s carpet cleaning did an amazing job cleaning my oriental carpet which was horribly dirty with years of food stains. They got out every stain, and the carpet looks brand new!

I’ve used Kirby a few times in the last year and they are truly amazing! They always show up on-​time and their prices are reasonable. They work very hard to ensure you are pleased with their results. Further, I’ve had 2 separate occasions where I have had a very difficult stain (bottom of an LL Bean bag that got wet and left blue dye and a vomit stain) and both times, they have showed up and worked without charge. John Kirby (the owner) came just today to work on the vomit stain and insisted it was part of the «warranty» of using them to clean your carpets.
Bottom line: you can’t go wrong with Kirby!!!

Kirby is the BEST. They move your furniture, are considerate and thorough.
After using several cleaners, we tried Kirby. Their service is always on time, always on budget & their people are trustworthy. They were able to get our very dirty family room carpet clean like nobody else.
Occasionally, when I come home I’ll even find they’ve cleaned extra items — how cool is THAT?

A few years later, when I needed a carpet cleaner for my place, I used Kirby and was very pleased. Decent price, great work, and friendly people. Really, what more do you want out of a carpet company?
