I ate at in and out burger twice and both times I was real happy with the service. They must make good money because it is always busy. I am talking about the company.

Just wanted to say thank you to Marcel who went well above and beyond the service you expect from a fast food place. Brought my 2 year old son for his first in n’ out trip and it was a huge success largely thanks to Marcel. As always with in n’ out the food was delicious.

Went through the drive through tonight, long line. Not the problem. I always ask for my order in a box so that the food wont get smashed. I asked for a box and asked if they could not put the napkins in the box. The blonde girl rolled her eyes and threw the napkins in the box anyways and told another guy to hand me the food. Her attitude was ugly. And i dont like the animal style with napkins all over.

Definitely a fan! Simple menu, excellent food, excellent staff, MOSTEXCELLENT company! . Notes: The home-office should pay close attention to this store because it’s one of the most busiest. They should replace the ketchup dispensers, which has needed to be done for a long time. They should make this store a priority, keeping the entire store consistently mechanically working and up-to-date. . A second condiments/napkins station would be helpful here too. . Definitely go here, peoplel!

Man oh man, if you haven’t had In and Out, life for you has not yet begun. This good ol’ burger joint is still(and I think will always be) #1 on my list for burgers. The architectural strategy of how they build their magnificent burger is genius. I don’t even know if that makes sense but they don’t just throw and smack on the ingredients. They have a certain strategy of how they stack what goes in between those buns. Never have I encountered an overcooked patty. I can’t even think of any flaws because everything is just perfect! Here’s how to live: Step one: Get yourself a double double. Go hard or go home. I like my onions raw but you can also sub for grilled onions. Don’t touch anything else… Don’t you dare remove those tomatoes either. *If you’re on a «fit-life» diet, sub the buns for lettuce and then you’ll have a protein burger!(If you’re on a fit life diet, you shouldn’t even be here in the first place though huh?) Step two: Get yourself some«well-done» fries. «Well-done»: Golden. Crispy. Amazing. If you don’t like well-done then don’t say well done. I’m not offended, you’ll still have some delicious soft fresh fries! *If you’re feeling extra beasty, make then Animal Style Fries! Animal Style: Fries topped with animal sauce, melted cheese, and grilled onion. Wow. Step three: NEOPOLITANSHAKE. Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry in one. Nuff’ said. (Optional) Go get some of those little pepperoncini’s they have for an extra kick in your burger. Get some extra animal sauce, yeeaah! And there you have it my friend. Welcome to the good life.

In-N-Out Thursdays is a new thing for me and this location is the go-to. The layout of this restaurant is different than all the other In-N-Outs. It honestly freaked me out at first but its alright now. Service is always so nice here I love it. The tables are sometimes dirty but that is fine, it isn’t a Michelin Star restaurant. Will never stop coming. Every Thursday.

If you have not tried in and out, you just have to! This is one of my favorite burger joints. I always get #2 with well done fries, yes, I like my fries crunchy. Remember Piknik??? maybe not? but who likes soggy fries anyway. You can get your burger or fries animal style. Animal Style Definition– includes extra Thousand Island spread, mustard grilled patties, and extra pickles. Animal Style fries, on the other hand, are topped with cheese, spread, and grilled onions. And their fries my ultimate fave — potatoes shipped right from the farm. They’re individually cut at their stores, then cooked in 100% pure vegetable oil. Don’t forget to upgrade your drink for a chocolate shake! Yummy for my tummy!

Going to review since I’ve been here so many times. Solid food you’d expect from In-and-out. Cheeseburger with grilled onions protein style and animal style fries are my go to. The drive thru line moves quickly. One star off solely due to location. The shopping center is crowded enough as it is with toys r us, target, etc. In-and-out just exacerbates that situation. Leads for backed up lines and a but of frustration when visiting.

Whenever my family and I are in the concord area and when we are craving burgers of course this is the go to spot. As expected the line at the drive thru is super long but it’s all worth it. It’s not at a stand still and the line does move pretty fast. Not sure if it’s faster to order inside vs sitting in your car in line. The burgers are always so perfectly cooked and you can really tell that the patties are freshly grilled and same goes for the fries well seasoned and fried perfectly. The prices of their combo meals are reasonable compared to other burger fast food places and I love the simplicity of their menu. I know it’s good to have options but with this place this is more than enough to satisfy your appetite and their shakes are so good as well. My fav is strawberry. And the only reason I gave it four stars is for the obvious the long line at the drive thru.

This is the only In-N-Out in town so it’s always very busy. But the service is fast, the employees are friendly and the food is good! My kids get down on the cheeseburgers and animal fries. It’s so cheap too, my family of 4 can eat burgers, fries and milkshakes for $ 20. Can’t beat that!

What’s not to love? Double-double animal style with animal style fries and a shake. Food coma/heaven, and puts most other fast food places to shame in terms of taste/freshness. My only disappointment is that these fools won’t get off their a** and open a couple of stores in Seattle! I should ding them a star for that ;)

When you crave a burger at 9pm on a Saturday night, you go to In-N-Out. I made that up, because this never happens to me. I never crave beef burgers, so not sure what took over me that night, but I’m glad it did. My boyfriend was so upset with me for having this random craving as he is constantly suggesting we eat In-N-Out together and I am constantly saying I will watch, but not partake. Food: I ordered a double-double and it was just perfect. I hadn’t had In-N-Out in quite some time, but the meat was thick, super tasty(again, I don’t even like beef patties) and perfectly charred. The bun was fresh and warm, as it should be. And cheese, oh cheese, it actually wasn’t enough… maybe I’ll ask for more next time. In-N-Out tends to be super consistent no matter where I go. Service: Very friendly and quick! Had some come over and clean my table instantaneously. Ambiance: I dined inside, by myself and it was wonderful. It was super busy, mostly high school boppers and some families. Noisy, but I inhaled my burger and was out of their in no time. Price: Same as everywhere else. Great pricing for the quality of the burgers. Overall: Always fast, always fresh and always hits the spot… but for me hitting the spot is maybe once a year. I recently found out they have grilled cheese on their menu, where have I been? Not sure, but I’m coming back.

Best burger period. Toasted bun? Check never frozen patty not too big? Check. Iceberg lettuce(whole peals not shredded)? Check. Special sauce? Check! Prices are the best too.

I try to limit my fast food intake, but if I do go for fast food I go to In-N-Out. I like knowing my meat is actually cooked instead of microwaved. I like knowing my French fries are actually made of potatoes. Sure during certain hours the drive through wait can be a bit much. BUT the food never fails at this particular restaurant of the chain. I have gone through the drive-thru and ordered inside. Each time I am welcomed by smiles all around. I have never encountered any rude service. It’s never dirty inside. Even if there’s a mess, it doesn’t last long. Someone is always by to wipe and clean it. If the tea is empty, someone is already on their way to refill it. The food always arrives fresh. It’s always hot. Never just warm or worst, cold. I love this place. Great location too. Right by DVC. Definitely is a stop I need to take after class. The hours are great. Not too early so I don’t succumb to temptation. But late enough like say I get out of a movie late, I can come here to eat. Love this place!

In-N-Out will forever be my last meal wish. This location is clean, friendly, and fast. While the drive through line is sometimes a little crazy, they always do a great job of getting people in and out(and fed). My go to In-N-Out order: Grilled Cheese– grilled and raw onions Animal style fries Neapolitan shake

…“I hate this place” That’s what I said on my check in here and to be honest. I don’t hate In-N-Out, I’m just not a super fan, but… service especially at this location is top notch, I just would hate to wait in that long ass drive through line. Honestly I feel torn by In-N-Out, its a place I want to like 100% but I’m just at 41% and I’ll tell you why… The first time I ever had In-N-Out was when I was in high school. Before then I always heard folks mention this place, but I never had the opportunity to partake in this place until… my freshmen year of highschool. On our my home from a Symphonic Band and Orchestra concert with my highschool band we stopped at a In-N-Out in Richmond I believe. long time ago so forgive me. But anyway thats where I had my first fix of this«legendary fresh everything» establishment was I blown away though… not really. But is the service at most(not all) In-N-Outs worthwhile. Heck Yes it is and here at this Concord/Pleasant Hill the service is impeccable. The people here are always cheerful, whatever they be sippin on I must have a glass from time to time. They are very organized and punctual. If you’ve read my reviews before(I hope) then you would know my biggest things are«Service» and«Cleanliness» and on that note, this place is spotless. or at least the times I’ve visited. Always a worker bee wiping and or sweeping and clearing off tables for hungry diners to partake in their awesome(to some) burgers in one of the many options(some secret shh) this In-N-Out is off the rictor scale when it comes to smiles and great over all service. I give them a round of applause for that alone. But now to my comment«I hate this place» Foodies and Unilocalers, don’t get me wrong just hear me out. I gave this place 4 stars, so I don’t hate this place really, its just all In-N-Outs suffer from the same thing in my experiences… Gross Fries and Salty Burgers. And no wonder people now Animal Style everything(which just makes matters worst) or they just go bunless with the Protein Style burgers. The cheese they use at these restaurants is gross, it gets cold fast and hardens up. And I just wish they put no salt on the burgers because everytime I’ve had just a salty burger and if I animal styled it which I may add works better on the burger than the fries. It just throws off the taste. But the burger buns they have here are awesome. Sponge Dough Buns are the best for sandwiches and burgers. The fresh made Lemonade is awesome, I adore the stuff, and is always usually my choice. Nice to have a establishment that is putting the fresh back into fast food. Do I not like the food at In-N-Out because it’s fresh? No, I don’t like it because it gets cold fast. Maybe like most americans and people around the world, preservatives are making things last and taste. a littls better perhaps. idk and thats not really a great thing at the end of the day. But minor tweeks could possibly make me like In-N-Out in time but not now. Thank Goodness for The Habit! In conclusion, this In-N-Out is awesome, and I can see the appeal this place have for the diehards. It’s located off Contra Costa Blvd in Concord or Pleasant Hill depending on what you consider the location. And it sits in the start of the Toys R Us, Target and Ross strip. Its not hard to miss because the drive through line is always long, oh and Highway 680 is literally across street, making it a great place for the togo person to stop and grab a bite. The location is prime and in the mix of everything thats happenin in this area. As always if you visit this location, you be your own judge. Unilocal your own experience!

This location’s drive through was crazy long when I stopped by, causing my in store order to take 25 minutes to make! I honestly don’t think I’ve ever waited that long for In-N-Out before. They still get 4 stars because, come on, it’s In-N-Out. I’d rather wait 25 minutes to get food that won’t make me sh! t my pants later in the day. Same quality as any other location. One weird thing I’d like to mention is that their bathroom was heated, a good 10+ degrees warmer than the eating/ordering area. Not sure why that is but…

I’ve never had a bad experience at In-N-Out Burger. I usually get a cheeseburger with grilled onions and this time was just as good as the last. Animal style is available as well, which the burger is wrapped in lettuce instead of the bun. Their service is always great too. My friend’s burger was a little under-cooked and she was hesitant to ask for another one. Eventually she did and they grilled another one for her no problem at all.

«How are you guys doing today? :-) :-) «(Friendly In-n-Out employee) «We’re…uh…we’re holding in there.» «But the day just started! :-) :-) «(It’s 11 am) «Dude, I’m dying from this hangover –___-« A lot of people complain about the crowds at this place, so I’ll tell you how to do it right. The night before you plan on coming to In-N-Out, drink an entire bottle of cheap(very cheap) white wine. By yourself. Maybe 2 bottles, it’s hard to keep track. Varietal does not matter. «Sleep» in restless fits of regret before daylight falls upon you and you must eat, or you will die. Dress in something socially acceptable and beat the crowds by showing up well before noon. What I love most about this location is how clean it is, how friendly the people working here are, and how accepting they seem to be of just about anyone. I need that in a burger place. Free soda refills are always a plus, as well as the«secret menu» and add ons, like animal fries and pickles. We always get out of there for around $ 10(a #1 double-double combo + my protein-style burger), making it a pretty solid deal unless you’re eating off the $ 1 menu at Wendy’s — but the food here is so much better! If you’re in the area, stop by. If you’re too hungover to make it out of the house… I understand.
