Great location, great spot to eat on nice days. If you’re looking to actually order food though you’re better off going to the book center or cafeteria. The line is long and glacial at best.

Great place

Food is good. However, they load your plate with more rice than the actual food you want. Also, service is SO slow. You would think that at a place where students have to get to class on time they would have a little hustle. But they take their time chatting and laughing with each other. Soo annoying.

A fine spot for eating on campus. Lots of tables and chairs, well kept — meaning mostly clean for a cafeteria, and readily available recepticles.
For food, I haven’t had it yet. The culinary school sets up a tent and you can order an entrée for $ 5.50. They do take credit cards. A good amount of good food for a fair price — for a community college I wouldn’t ask for more.

The food is delicious. Very convenient for student who are in a hurry and dont have the time to walk all the way to the cafeteria to pick something up. Its quick when there isn’t a line. The food is good, you can’t get mushroom chicken that good anywhere else.

The $ 3 breakfast area is set up like an assembly line, despite a seemingly organized set up don’t be surprised if you get told that you meal will be a totally different price at the begging of the assembly line than your actually charged at the register. The good news is the cost is usually less than the original price your told, personally I find this very amusing.
I try their chocolate croissant last Thursday. I went to Paris several years back and ever since I’ve been on a bit of a quest for a real croissant in California, my search has been very inconsistent. To be fair I always set myself up for disappointment, after all this is California not France. The bottom of the croissant was slightly over cooked and a little greasy, the outer layers were light and flaky– just enough butter on top so I’m not sure why there was so much more grease on the bottom. Over all it was very good for $ 2 and I sure I will be back for more soon. There’s a bake shop on the other side of I’m going to try theirs next. :)

My favourite place in DVC. They got an amazing mushroom pork for $ 6 and add mayo to amplify the taste :)

The curry chicken here is surprisingly good! I tried the Kung Pao Chicken, it was so-​so. I don’t really require much from this place, it’s main benefits are that it’s right by the ATC building (and who wants to climb that hill any more than they have to?), reasonably quick, and it’s pretty cheap. I wish they had egg rolls or pot stickers, though.
EDIT — I am revising my review. They used to be good, but now they’re as terrible as the cafeteria. They seem to have changed all of the recipes and everything tastes pretty awful. The extremely surly service is also something I can do without.

Quick and Convenient food located between the Physical and Life Science Buildings.
Super Affordable (cheap) everything on the menu ranges from between 50 cents to about 4 dollars!

Variety of Food, veggie curry (served w/​steamed white rice) is my favorite, they have an amazing sandwich called the Francisco, many different flavors of stir fried dishes with Beef, pork, and I think chicken too! They also have doughnuts, bagels, and coffee, for those who desire a less explosive deliciousness of flavor among one’s pallet.
Be aware that in between classes the Line can be extensive, up to about a 15 minute wait (but for amazing food) during class periods there is never a wait!
Best place to eat with in the 94 523 area for anyone living on a low college budget!
