I frequent this location often. I like all of the clerks except the older lady with the grey hair. Once she complained that she just started and had to make change for my $ 20 from the ATM. Today she wouldn’t take my $ 20 bill that I just got from the ATM because the corner was torn. She told me to call them. She is the most unfriendly human I have ever met. She is a rude and salty clerk who has no clue of what customer service is. If it wasn’t for her this store would have 5 stars.

having been in too many liquor/convience stores, i only stop at a 7 – 11 when they have specials. sometimes chips are cheap. normally everything is relatively high compared to(my imagination). buys: muffinn & any size coffee(2) –muffin the microwave from premade kind –coffee just so so, never tip top bold, smooth, silky take outs: –best feature, lots of parking here. –store not so cramped.

We stop here for cash before haircuts every 5 weeks. Sometimes we get coffee or snacks. It looks clean and the employees are friendly. It’s a 7 eleven.

I had a flat tire and managed to pull into this lot and park by the back(to be out of the way), and got to work changing my flat. Once I finished I went in to buy a Slurpee(for little brother) even though they’re not my thing, so I’d be patronizing them after using their lot. Right away when I got to my car the woman who’d rung me up popped her head out the side door to yell at me I’d been there«30 minutes“and I had to leave. Before I could finish tidying my trunk she was out on a smoke break glaring at us. Nevermind, next time I won’t bother with the Slurpee.

I’m not sure how a convenience store can possibly earn less than 5 stars. I mean. it’s chips and junk food and cigarettes, right? So… five stars!

It’s a 7-Eleven. Grab your Slurpee or booze or whatever you came for. Not really much that should be expected at from a 24hr convenience store, other than the bare necessities and maybe correct change.

This place blows. No cash back? No lotto tickets with my debit card?(Like the other 7 – 11 does by DVC) Only saving grace to this place is a redbox, that’s it.

This is a Disgrace to the city of Pleasant Hill. This store repeatedly sells alcohol to obviously intoxicated persons who enter the store numerous times throughout the day and night to buy ONLY Alcohol. How about having some responsibility toward your neighborhood, your neighbors and your city? Selling to persons already arrested with a DUI and entering your store while intoxicated and yet you still sell alcohol to them … Shameful. Even after you were asked to stop it. Remember, it may be you or your children or your friends killed by this drunk driver next time. I will never go to this store again. I don’t support businesses who are so irresponsible and show such disregard for life.

It’s interesting on how no single 7 – 11 is the same, despite the expected offerings of Slurpee and other branded items such as passable sandwiches and chips. The one in Albany is a friendly ethnically-run neighbourhood operation, whose clerks often greet me or my son by name and with a smile. The one on Pacheco in Martinez is a fun hub of activity in the morning as various contractors stock up for a long day. The Pleasant Hill 7 – 11 is the one closest to home, so it’s convenient for a last minute bag of ice or an adult beverage. At the same time, it has a bit of a white trash vibe and a laissez-faire service model that usually has me wishing I had stopped somewhere else.

I went here today to get a drink, and when I walked in there were some middle school kids hanging out by the door. I walked in at the same time a cop did, and I grabbed a way overpriced Propel and he grabbed some other drink. While the cashier rang him up, some guy came in the store just to warn the cop that those middle schoolers were hanging out outside, as if he didn’t see them, and then the guy just left. The cop took it soo seriously too, like the kids were going to jump when he walked out. So I guess all I have to say about this 7 eleven is only go here if you need cash back, and watch out for those shifty middle schoolers.

I went to the high school close by to this spot and sort of lived by it as well. It’s your typical Seven-Eleven. Get a Slurpee or some chips here. Small parking lot. If I were 21+ when I lived around here, I might have also bought some chaser. It’s not that dangerous around Pleasant Hill so if you’re worried about your safety, I would not be so much. It’s near a police station down Taylor Blvd. It’s also by a good sandwich joint called Kinder’s. It’s right across the street. Get the ball tip sandwich.
