Sysco Food Services of Sacramento

This is the second time that I have had to place an order because my boss was out of town and they are extremely rude!!! Our so called «rep» couldn’t even answer my phone call but texted me instead because she did not want to deal with me directly and then when my computer was down the customer service representative was rude and acted like I was such an inconvenience to her because I had to place my order over the phone. They are extremely rude and not helpful at all. They don’t even deserve one star.

This place is terrible when it comes to employees they worked there employees to dead and when the employee gets hurt they just terminates them brandon is his name works for human resources too bad he is not well educated on the discrimination part where it says when someone hurts themselves while at work .they couldn’t terminate someone too bad and too late! I will never recommend them to anyone

My restaurant and I are super stoked with Sysco. We made the change after a bad experience with another supplier (see my review of Tony’s Fine Foods), and we couldn’t be happier. We’ve now consolidated and streamlined our ordering (we used to use many different suppliers), because they have it all. Probably the best part is the produce. Tahoe has very limited options for produce, most of which are bad… so it’s refreshing that I now have a solid (and high quality) produce delivery. They are flexible, too… will deliver on an off-​day if we need it, and even have a «will-​call» dropoff in town if I only need an item or 2, without making the minimum order. Tim, our rep, is the man… definitely the best rep I have ever dealt with in the 3 years I’ve owned my restaurant. He is on it… competent, enthusiastic, and a pleasure to deal with. Not the best food. A restaurant has to be pretty talented to make this low quality food taste good. I can almost always tell when a place serves this stuff. It all kind tastes similar.
