I found this sweet little gem on accident. Mind you I have lived in playa over 30 years and never have seen this place. I was at Senior G’s grabbing a fresh juice and walked past and saw bikini’s that caught my eye but then boom they have cool *ss art all over and of course I melted. I love art and this shop has all kinds of prints for sale and they custom frame them for you. The owner was super nice and friendly and was super cool to talk to and super duper friendly and so was the swimsuit designer. I didn’t get the vibe that the other dude on here wrote about he must have been having a bad day. Super friendly owner and the chick who makes the bikini’s is awesome and she custom makes them. I can’t wait to order one! They have lots of cool t-shirts, sweatshirts, handmade jewelry, candles & this amazing perfume oil which I purchased called riddle oil it smells divine. I look forward to coming back here and hoping they get some cool 50’s pinup prints for me Also… They play great music and they deserve 5 stars & more. Playa Del Rey needs shops like this! I am definitely not a skater, so I cannot comment on what they have and such. But I CAN say a BIGTHANKYOU to the guy there who brought out his inflator for my bike tires. He worked a little bit to get the right attachment(I have a Presta thingie). And he did it. Should I say that he refused to take any payment? I am not sure. It might set a precedence :) They don’t do much with bikes, yet. But with people like me out there without a bike shop anywhere down on Culver in Playa, there just might be a need. I noticed they had some adorable tiny bikinis on the wall that would be perfect for one of my young daughters. I am VERY happy these guys are in the neighborhood. This guy was a lifesaver.

Rad shop for sure. It’s got a surf/skate shop vibe with the perfect added touch of amazing art from local street artists hanging on the walls for sale. This place is always worth rolling through and checking out the art and grabbing something cool when you’re in the area.

This is just what we needed in Playa! I’m not a skateboarder, so I can’t really comment on the boards, but my boyfriend bought an awesome board that he loves, and apparently it’s a rare design since people comment on how rad it is everywhere he goes. I love that it is more than just your standard skate shop. I bought a few of their t-shirts that I can’t get enough of! They use the best quality shirts that are soft, fit great and have unique designs. I always get compliments on them wherever I go. The guys at the shop informed me that all the shirts and artwork are designed by local artists, so you get a one of a kind, and you support your local artists! LOVE this place!

Everything about this place sucks, including customer service. Came in today to find out it’s under new management, a guy and a very very uninterested lady who couldn’t seem to look away from her iPhone. It’s no longer the cool little hole-in-the-wall skate shop it used to be — now a yuppie-fied studio selling overpriced«art». Sigh. If you want real skate stuff, go to Nostalgic instead.

This place is not at all dirty, in fact, it is the opposite. The guys in the shop were nice, they didn’t help me try on the shirt I bought, and that’s good, I didn’t need their help, it was just a tank top. If they tried to help me, that would have been weird. I’m sure if I asked for help, they might reluctantly give it, because although that’s a socially unacceptable request, these guys were nice guys, and probably willing to help a strange dude like me, try on a tank top… SUN’S OUTGUNSOUT! This shop is cool.

An incredibly well curated shop run by the coolest dudes. They have the radest art up and a pretty sweet mural on the side of the shop that is a must see! Shirt designs are awesome and quality is the best, but don’t sleep on all the other awesome goods in the shop. Dope new addition to the neighborhood!

Nick is totally rad. The store is cool — it has a great local vibe and it fits right in on the strip in Playa del Ray. I’m not a skater, but I walked in with 2 flats on a bike and he sold us a patch kit to fix the tires and went above & beyond, letting us borrow his air pump and tools. He didn’t have to do that– way cool and it’s that sort of small business vibe that needs to stay in PDR! Welcome to the neighborhood!

These guys have good vibes and great talent!!! I’ll definitely be going back!!! The clothing is comfortable(as it’s made with organic fabric) and the original artwork is inspiring and fashionable. Definitely a good shop to check out if you’re in the area. It’s also really close to the beach.

Rad shop with a little bit of everything from surf and skate supplies to art and art supplies to clothes for both men And women. And it’s all quality over quantity. The guys in there were also super friendly and helpful when I needed it. I definitely make a point to swing by here whenever I’m in the area because there’s always something new.

Stoked I found this shop! Stopped in randomly to see if I could find my brother something for his bday and I felt like I was walking into a lifestyle. Super chill environment, cool guys behind the counter, and not only got my brother a tshirt that he loved, but also bought some awesome stuff for myself. I’m a bit of a fabric snob and all of their t shirts are organic super soft cotton and very affordable. They also carry a cool vintage bathing suit line and they threw in a pair of sunglasses. Definitely worth checking out. Wish I lived closer to the West Side!!!

Went down to playa to get lunch and stopped in here to just look. The clothing is all unique cool. One of the owners was working and had such a great vibe. Ended up buying clothing and will definitely come back for more. Recommended!

Really dig this place. I’ve purchased some Clean Aesthetic shirts from this place and spied some of the decks they have for sale, which I’ll want to come back and snag after I’ve saved enough dough. The shop owners were very friendly. I also love that I can bike there from my place using the Ballona Creek Bike Path along the beach, which splits off close to their shop.

Dude this store is so awesome. The vibe is chill and super friendly. And the designs of the shirts are fantastic. Coolest gears, custom design for boards and all you need to rock the summer!!! The shirts are hand screen printed. And they have awesome live music every month.

This place is RAD. The dudes that work the counter are very nice and helped me out getting a cruiser for my brother’s birthday. I even got free stickers and was handed the controller to play some video games! One of the best shops in Playa. Check it out.

Good luck, but if all you wanted to do is watch a skateboard video, it would have been cheaper just to do it from home instead of opening a store. 2 dudes behind the counter and a guy and a girl that seemed to be affiliated(owners?) squatting on the sofa… no acknowledgement that we were even in the shop. Laters.
