Ordered diamond earrings. In the listing pictures a diamond certificate was to be included. It wasn’t. I was told (after my purchase) it was a mistake on the website. 1 diamond was cloudy. Returned for a refund and they tried to say it takes 2 weeks for a refund, but on their website it states 7 days. Customer service does not care if your happy or not, extremely rude.

I gave them a call asking about their Canadian Ice collection.
I did a little research and it is quite a fancy setup to make it seem like all of their diamonds are legitimately Canadian, but it’s THEIR OWN WEBSITE which is doing the verifying.
Their diamonds are shipped all over the world, including to China to be cut. I’m sure if it’s like anything to do with all of the food scandals lately, they are switching in other diamonds and calling them Canadian.
We will not be purchasing from them.

We finally got a hold of customer service. They said we could return the item. They did not offer to cover shipping until we asked. The representative answer, «I’ll look into that.» We thought that was shady, since they shipped the incorrect item.
