I have trusted Jim and his crew since 2004. We have since moved out of state and still bring back coolers to get meat. He is our last stop before we go back. I even use his products when catering events I smoke for. The quality is amazing when I buy from him or bring my own animals in for processing. You can tell the difference between grocery store and his products. My clients love the taste and always compliment me on it. He is one reason we travel from here. It is like a taste of home and Nebraska goodness I remember.

My family was seeking out a trusted butcher to provide us meat straight from the farm.
We knew we were tired of paying big name grocery stores for meat with filler and added preservatives and chemicals. So a friend recommended Mr. Liebig.
Since buying our first quarter in 2013 we’ve been sold on this company. Mr. Liebig does an outstanding job preparing his beef.
If you’re willing to make the drive to Columbus then his beef is worth your time. Our friend even turned down a family member who offered to butcher a cow, telling him that they only get their meat from Liebig’s in Columbus.
