I can’t even give this place a star but unfortunately Unilocal won’t allow you to post without giving them 1 star. Worse dry cleaner ever! I had my shoes being fix at there other location on flamingo they closed from one day to the next. I was able to find their second location and contact them the person at the front was a complete a**hole. Hung up on me three time. Wouldn’t give their boss’s name called me names and just extremely rude and nasty. They should be shut down immediately.

I went there for the first time. The woman at the counter was quick and I felt like something was going to go wrong. Sure enough when I went to pick up my cleaning they lost one of my husbands shirts.
They looked for a few minutes and took my number — said they were going to call me– they never did — not even a follow up to let me know they could not find it. Nothing! I will not return. They lost a first time — future good customer. I do not recommended this cleaner.

I have never in my life seen such a horrible costumer service.
Marigna, an employee there, couldn’t find my husbands pants, after 10 minutes looked at me and said that she was going to try one more time, And I told her that he had to find them and she freaked out because I told her that the HAD to, and told me that she didn’t have to do anything and sat down and stopped looking! My husband had to go to work and she didn’t understood that, I ask just the owners number and just kept quiet. I have never gotten so upset to the point that I had to raise my voice because she wasn’t doing anything and said that my husband had to go instead of me and again he only had 10 min to go to work because I had just wasted 30 min with her. She was even going to send me to look for the pants.
Extremely disrespectful, unprofessional and disappointed.
Again this is the first time that I had someone be so rude and not wanting to do their job. She didn’t understand the urgency.
I’m just shocked and I wish I could take legal action like the other reviewer but I understand that this employee needs the money to bring home.
I JUST ASK THE OWNER TO PUT A STOP TO HER AND TEACH HER MANNERS.

I will never go back to this place. I paid 28 $ for 2 shirts and 2 slacks to be dry cleaned. What a rip off I went to dry clean america’s down the street and got the same thing for under 10 $. I asked on why it as so expensive and the lady couldn’t explain it. Stay away from this place.

Staff marks 15 shirts as picked up. I have to repeatedly tell the woman I never picked them up. Immigrant man in the store speaks incomprehensible English and is to be disregarded — he adds nothing in any way, shape or form.
The event unfolds something like this: I arrive to pick up shirts. Woman points at the screen and says I picked them up. I say its an error, I did not pick them up. She points at screen and says I picked them up. Repeat x 10 – 15 times. I get really pissed off. I rotate their screen to point at the ticket number. Immigrant male (probably self-​important, immigrant owner) threatens to call police saying his POS $ 100 touch screen monitor costs $ 5000 and cannot withstand being rotated on its swivel. To support their lack of ability to adjust to a variance between what their system says and what occurred in reality, he claims BOA lost $ 10k of their deposits temporarily, as if i care, thus I should be unconcerned and indifferent to the fact that they «lost» my shirts and are resisting any attempt to go outside of their normal procedure: i.e., get off your arse and go look at the rack. I apologize to try to defuse this moron so I can get my shirts and GTFO. Finally, woman starts manually scanning as I asked for 15 minutes prior. I find them as she spins the rack. Immigrant male says, «See? we help you,» in a serious manner after he previously threw up his hands as he says «ugh, this guy!» [who wants his dry cleaning which had already been paid for and was erroneously marked as picked up when, in fact, it wasn’t and subsequently spending the past 15−20m explaining their error to them only to find resistance and futility at every step] and tries to throw some sarcasm about having a merry Christmas.
Simply pathetic. $ 30−50/wk from me is now gone permanently.
In summary, they are satisfactory until they screw up at which point everything and everyone is at fault but them. I guess they forgot that I’m paying them to do a job and not vice versa. Make sure to read the «other reviews that are not currently recommended» reviews at the bottom of this page. If you don’t see the link (which is very subtly placed by Unilocal,do a ctrl+f for «not recommended». You will find many more reviews conveying precisely what I have described above. This is not a 5 star, much less 3 star establishment. Ironically, it is situations like that that would have made this a 5 star review instead of a 1 star review.

Prompt service and a reasonable price for my shirts and dry cleaning. I have only had to have 1 garment re-​cleaned and it was done at no charge. I would definitely recommend them to friends.

Vizcaya is tucked away in a neighborhood strip mall next to a pool supply store and a day care and is worth going out of the way for. The ‘mom and pop’ cleaners is owned by a lovely lady with a beautiful smile and great service. You want her to be your mom and respect her as a business woman. They do all of the work in house which for me is very important because I don’t want my stuff moving and getting lost in the factory shuffle. Special attention is done to every piece so your clothes come back with all of the special touches and without the usual kinks. The staff is always very accommodating with timing, special needs and every time I forget my slip they don’t have a hard time finding my clothes and don’t give me grief about it. The price point is average to high but your clothes will last a lot longer in their care so it’s worth it. I would highly recommend this dry cleaners to anyone that wants the closest thing to a guaranteed cared for piece of dry cleaned clothing.
