The one star is because the Property has potential being just a year old. And the newer mgt company seems to get it. The front office tho is disappointing as they have no ability to relate to tenant issues or upkeep of the property. People are allowed to smoke, have more people living in the apt than the lease permits and the building is not very clean. In one year, they rarely vacuumed the hallways or cleaned the. The garage is filthy which means your car is always dusty and you aren’t not allowed to use the beautiful amenity room unless the office is open. #workinghours
Note to the Manor: people work when the office is open. People want to relax when the office is closed. I.e. Sunday’s and evenings. The Security also is non existent and Fairly easy to get inside.
