Terrible. I’m a new patient and had an appointment at 10am. I got there on time and filled out the new patient info and gave ID and Insurance card to staff. I then waited for over 45 minutes while no other patients were brought in to be seen. 3 seperate sales reps came in to the office and went straight back while I was waiting to be seen. I was never told how long it would be before I was seen. I gave it 45 minutes then I just left.

Dr. McLean, hands down, the best overall MD ever! Caring, knowledgeable, spends however long it takes to understand your issues. Don’t be in a hurry, tho. You will be waiting a while, but its worth it.
