We buy houses. We’ve been doing it since as far back as I can remember. My father did it, my grandfathers did it, it’s almost like a family business. Throughout the years we have worked with more brokers than I care to say. Some lousy, others very good, but the gentleman that we used at HomeTerra Real Estate Services in Plantation is the best. Talk ethical. We never felt more comfortable using anyone than we did him. We recommend him to everyone. Not something we usually like doing because when you recommend someone your name is on the line and if they mess up we look bad, but the guy is unbelievable.
