Visited here for the 1st time recently. Like the concept of quick fast food which is still healthy and fresh. I had the gyro wrap with falafel side. Wrap was great, fantastic actually. Falafel was just ok for me but I’m used to real middle eastern falafel & these are more Greek style. My friend had the veggie trio which comes with salad just how you like, spinach pie & falafel, she loved it. Prices are very reasonable also. I like how you can pretty much choose if you want a pita sandwich, wrap, platter, salad or rice bowl so the options are almost endless. I’ll be back again soon!

Tasty and quick. Like many reviewers, similar ordering style to chipotle. There are many other similar restaurants within a 3 mile vicinity that will blow this out of the water, but if you’re looking for fast, this is the place to go.

This is a great place if you’re looking for something quick and inexpensive. I love all of the fresh ingredients. I usually order the Zeus, which comes with a combination of 3 meats, then you can choose whichever and how many veggies to go along with it. You can definitely expect to get your money’s worth. There’s also the option of building your own. Don’t forget to check in on Unilocal for a side of hummus and pita or seasoned rice. Excellent customer service too! Carlea was awesome!

Great place to grab a quick bite. The service was friendly and and quick. The setting was very modern and medium lighting. The whole place was very clean and tidy, especially their food prep area. Got the Zeus gyro with a combo side of rice. I took notice on how flavorful the shawarma meat was. I would definitely recommend this to you if you are near the Fountains. Took off a star because it is pretty pricey considering it is a «fast food» restaurant. A combo side is an additional $ 3 to the entrée. That much for a drink and a side will raise anyone’s eyebrows and might be enough to lure you to its other tough competitors in Lime and Five Guys. Still it is a nice place to eat at if you are in the mood for fresh veggies or a warm gyro.

Gyroville is definitely a step above most fast food. I love the concept. I will return here, but it won’t be my go-to place. Today, I had the grilled chicken pita with tzatiki, hummus, tomatoes, onion, and cucumber. All the sides/add ons were really fresh, and I really liked their tzatiki. Tomatoes were flavorful and ripe(a pet peeve of mine at many places when they aren’t). The chicken was seasoned with a variety of herbs and cooked perfectly. It was moist and tasted good, but not great. I was looking for more of a traditional Greek marinated chicken taste, instead of herb-coated. I wish the chicken could be grilled to order, so that it would be totally fresh, but recognize that is not possible for the speed they are trying to achieve. Overall, I liked the chicken pita and will order it again. The service was great and the restaurant was clean. The young woman who made my meal and checked me out was clearly working very hard, yet she couldn’t have friendlier or more efficient. Kudos to her and the store management.

Any time I hit the road for work, I seem to find myself headed somewhere with falafel! This time, my travels to South Florida brought me to Gyroville. It was in the nearby area, had decent reviews and offered a Unilocal check in deal– always a win in my book! Gyrobville has a Chipotle-esque vibe. Clean and modern décor and an assembly line set up for making your meal. I opted for a pita wrap with falafel. They had several fun sauces to top off your meal– I always enjoy a little extra spice. It hit the spot! The check in offer when I visited was a free side of rice, but the employee offered me a choice between that or some pita and hummus. Overall, a good meal, although I think I have had more flavorful similar meals elsewhere. The restaurant was really quiet when I visited, but it was close to closing. The employees that were on duty were all friendly and helpful, even despite the late hour. I’m sure at more common meal times this spot gets busy!

Gyroville is another«fast casual» eatery, this one Mid-eastern. You can order gyros and salads on the menu or customize. The other day both of my sons got the«Zeus». It comes with lamb, meatballs, and chicken. My 11 year old got it plain, just meat and pita, which was quite soft and delicious. My 10 year old got one with all the fresh veggies and sauces. Both enjoyed their respective sandwiches. I tasted the chicken and thought it was a little dry and tasteless. What I cannot really excuse here is the falafel. It was oddly shaped, kind of like a flat sphere. Although it was deep fried in front if me, it was soft, with no crispness to the outside, and the taste was spicy, but not in a good way. I really did not care for the hummus or tzatziki sauce either. For my taste, if I really wanted a gyro or falafel I would head north on University to Pita Plus, Sunrise Pita, or one of the many other Israeli establishments nearby. Service was very friendly and accommodating. The guy behind the counter asked if I had been there before(I had), and he was ready to explain the ordering process. As usual it took me a while to decide on what I wanted, but the guy was very patient. Really a 2 ½ for me. The food is just so inauthentic. However, it was not terrible and my 10 year old really enjoyed it. If I was in the Fountains and needed something fast and reasonable, I could see returning(but I would stay far away from the falafel!)

I had gone here for lunch the other day with no idea of how the food would taste because I didn’t look on Unilocal and I didn’t ask anyone. I jumped on their web site and saw it was pretty basic in terms or ordering so I jumped in my car and figured I would give it a go. To me, in many ways it was a Greek version of chipotle. You can doctor you gyro up however you’d like. I ordered the Zeus. This gyro was loaded with everything. I don’t know how they wrapped it. I swear a pound of lamb was on that thing. You couldn’t eat it with your hands because everything fell out. It was absolutely delicious. I couldn’t believe it. The gyro wrap was nice and fresh. All the veggies were fresh as well. It’s definitely a place to go for lunch when you have a hearty appetite. The staff is very helpful and is very willing to answer any questions. The dining area is small so I recommend taking it to go, but definitely give it a try.

Build Your Own Gyros! My husband has become obsessed with Gyros recently. We’ve been going to every Greek food truck, restaurant and stall we come across. This one is quickly becoming a fan favorite. Options of meats, veggies, and style(rice, pita, salad and wrap) await you. It’s a build your own reminiscent of Subway or Chipotle– but Greek! Must try if you like anything with a hint of spice: Jalapeño Tzatziki– everytime we build one for someone and add this sauce, they RAVE about their meal! «Best they’ve ever had»,“What is that delicious taste?”, «OMG, this is amazing!». This location had the added benefit of stellar service. The two women working on our arrival were well presented, well-informed and offered exemplary customer service. Well beyond what you typically get at a franchise spot. We ordered four items: — one gyro pita. Lettuce, Bell Peppers, Tomatoes, Jalapenos, Onions and Cucumbers, Topped with Jalapeño Tzatziki. $ 7.20 plus tax. — one falafel pita. Lettuce, Bell Peppers, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Feta, Topped with Jalapeño Tzatziki. $ 7.20 plus tax. — one spinach salad with gyro. Topped with Bell Peppers, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Chick Peas, Olives, and Jalapeño Tzatziki. $ 9.40 plus tax. — one romaine salad with gyro. Topped with Bell Peppers, Tomatoes, Jalapenos, Onions, Cucumbers, Chickpeas and Jalapeño Tzatziki. $ 9.40 plus tax. **A check-in on Unilocal yielded a free side of rice to complete our order. Our dishes were as expected with fresh and crisp ingredients. The Gyro meat was as expected and the falafel was freshly cooked. ***Bonus for Parents– They have a Kid’s Menu– Grilled Cheese, Chicken Sandwich, Gyro Sandwich, Greek Chicken Salad. Also has a catering option where they bring the«Build Your Gyro/Falafel» Station to your event. Very happy with our dish and will return.

For the food and prices alone, I would gladly give 4 stars. However, for the service and logistics, Gyroville is a 2.5-to-3 star establishment. I knew it was trouble when I called asking for directions, and the girl who answered the phone identified the eatery as «GY-roville»(with a soft, pronounced ‘G’). Don’t call your eatery authentic and have the gall(although it’s ironic) to post the Greek alphabet with letter pronunciation on the wall if your employees can’t correctly say the name of the restaurant. Okay, rant over. Our large group of 8 seemed to overwhelm the 3 staff members when we walked in for dinner, which makes me wonder how they would handle lunch rush. They seemed none too glad to have us. The menu we found to be a bit confusing, and it appeared as though the staff weren’t too familiar with what came with what, either. I also didn’t like that one of the employees prepared my salad in the same«common bowl» as another customer’s salad, when we were ordering very different salads, and then she gave attitude about it. Ironically, the friendliest and most adept employee behind the counter was the young man whom we were told was«in training,» yet he had the best handle on everything going on. I liked that the gyro(YEE-ro) was freshly shaved from the spit to order, however I didn’t like that the spanakopita was pulled out of a bin from the back and looked as though it had been fried days ago. The pitas were soft and warm, and my dining companions all seemed to enjoy their gyro and falafel sandwiches, but another dining companion wasn’t too wild about her vegetarian platter, as its contents didn’t seem as fresh as the meat-containing entrees. Personally, I was a big fan of my chicken salad. The chicken breast tasted fresh and had good herbs, and the lettuce/veggies I chose were good as well. I liked that they had a variety of dressings and sauces, including a super-spicy green harissa-like sauce that you must try if you’re into spice like I am! The staff will warn you against ordering it because it’s spicy — hilarious — but I love that challenge.

3 ½stars really. It just wasn’t as good as the ft lauderdale location There were 3 people behind the counter making the food were friendly yet seemed disorganized so it took as long as dealing with one person. The gyro is pre-sliced and in a warming metal container to serve. I read Unilocal reviews knew this ahead of time and asked for the gyro to be sliced fresh. yes it was better. I ordered the chicken platter and it was served just the chicken breast on the plate, not sliced, not shaved like souvlaki, it was bland and just wrong. The portions were okay, seemed to be less food than the other ft lauderdale location. We got free falafel with the VIP member card from Gryroville. It was okay not outstanding. And free humus and pita with Unilocal Check in which is just okay again. I’m not sure I’de come back to this location for Greek food, we love the ft-lauderdale location even though it’s same owners,
