Terrible experience. I called two weeks ago to book a laser tattoo removal session. The lady on phone was rude and snippy. She kept demanding I buy the groupon immediately (for my consultation) I finally convinced her that it makes sense that I go for my consultation before committing to buying a groupon when I wasnt even told of their openings.
Two weeks later… I make my appointment. I am not greeted by a friendly staff… instead, just taken to back to sit down for 30 seconds with an older woman who knew nothing about consultations. who literally just said … okay, buy the groupon and book your appointment .
WHY did i wait two weeks to come in for a consultation that was nothing more than. «hey, buy a session «. I could have paid over phone and saved myself a work day.
It gets worse. I ask the front desk about buying groupon. They rudely argued that I cannot book appt til I get groupon and they will not accept a groupon voucher through your phone. You MuST print it. I offered to pay without groupon. She charged me. I tried asking some questions about the session. She knew nothing. The other older women working in office said something about me … and when I repeated … I dont like the fact that I cantbe offered different dates before purchasing this… one woman snapped «We are busy. you have to wait your turn». Scolding me like I am a 5 year old child. At this point, I had already been charged for my appt and the woman kept asking «what do you want to do?»… to which i replied «well, this is not the friendliest office». I requested to speak with the dr (rodriguez)… which i still intend to do. Oh, and they also told me I dont have. a choice and will have to use a numbing agent for my appt. Even though I told them my skin doesnt react well to it. What a horribly unfriendly/​unprofessional office. And, clearly they have no problem pumping out bad service in bulk appointments that they overbooked themselves for. The client/​patient/​customer deserves way more and I will be notifying amex to refund me if they don’t. Thanks for wasting my time.

Conveniently located and easy to find. The staff is friendly and warm. Dr Rodriguez is very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable.
This was my first time but it won’t be the last. I definitely will return and highly recommend.

I have used them for Zerona treatments and lost 15 – 16 pounds each time over a 2 month period. It really helps with dieting to speed up weight loss. The staff is kind and helpful. Thank you for my renewed self.

Love love love this place I was looking for a weight lose center after trying everything known to man… So me and a good friend of mines decided that we would give forever trim a try after all we’ve tired every diet possible, And all I can say is that I started my journey in April and to date I’ve lose 43 pounds and over 19inches… I’m so happy with my results. I highly recommend this place. not to mention the staff is nice and friendly.

RUN! Not sure where to start, Forever Trim South Florida is the same company as Health & Wellness Institute which you can see in
same address same suite number different phone numbers They also go by Centers for Body Enhancement. This location has been rated 1 ½ stars by Spa Finder. Company advertised several packages in Groupon which they could not fulfill, and kept ruing even more when they knew they did not have the man power to fulfill on all packages sold. All customers have been sent certified letters explaining the situations giving store credit for services you do not even want… They refuse to help you in any way or form, never call back for messages left on office… Appointments canceled numerous times. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! If you purchased a GROUPON and this company keeps canceling you appointments contact Groupon directly they will take care of it. This company will not. Stay away from Forever Trim South Florida and Health and Wellness Institute or any other company that pops up for now with this address and suite number 8040 Peters Road, H104

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The staff is wonderful — love Andrea and Tim, they are so nice and professional. Went there on business and wound up having a little work done with Dr Rodriguez, who does AMAZING work. If you want to go somewhere you can trust, go here!

Office manager is condescending and basically rude. Purchased a groupon package of 6 laser hair removal treatments. They use a low level laser so that way more treatments are required for it to work. Not a very organized office — Missed one appointment and called the same day to apologize and reschedule — they said no call was ever made and said I had to forfeit the appointment. Showed up for another scheduled appointment that they texted me a reminder for — but when I got there they said i was not on the books. Not good customer service. The actual laser technicians are very nice — but overall Wouldn’t recommend!
