I reached out to them after finding their contact info on the internet. I sent them pictures and got a quote for them to come grind down 4 areas of concrete sidewalk to eliminate out of level sections. They came out and, upon arrival, told my wife that they could only do 2 of the 4 areas and the cost would be the same. They told me that there was a void under the concrete, so they couldn’t do the work. It would have been nice for them to mention this as a possibility before coming out, I could have injected foam underneath the concrete to reinforce the substrate. In hindsight, I wish I would have just told them to leave without doing any work and saved myself $ 250.

I saw an advertisement on tv and decided to get a neglected sidewalk in front of my house repaired. I sent them an email, and I immediately received an email and a phone call regarding getting an answer to my question and scheduling an appointment. They took my contact information and then advised they would contact me to schedule a time which was good for me because you needed to be home for a small portion of the sidewalk repair time. The next day, they called saying that that had a cancellation, and they came out and did the work the same day! I was very pleased to have a Florida business treat me fairly and professionally. What a nice change! I was happy I used them!
