Of course the AC stops working during the hottest months– hot Florida summer. Getting quick service is key. I had a service call the next day and the technician charged $ 250 for a capacitor. The part sells for $ 20-​$ 40. That is a lot of labor fees. I called to question the high price when my co-​worker had the same exact work done on his unit a week earlier and was serviced by a competitor. He paid $ 125 less than I did. I felt taken advantage of.
I called to speak with the office about the fees and never received a call back.
I got a call 2 months later to see when I wanted to set up the maintenance appointment.
Jump ahead 4 months later… the capacitor dies and I had replaced for a fraction of what eveld charged me.
If you are looking for quality at a fair price… keep looking.
Also, to pay by credit card there was a surcharge (who pays by checks or cash these days). At a $ 225 markup, I think a credit card payment should have fees waived

This company really exceeded my expectations. They were recommended to me by someone. They came out and were very fair and honest. I called the next working day after they took my coils out to clean because the ac was making a whistling annoying noise. I got a call right back from the owner and came right out. He fixed the problem immediately. The are a very friendly and honest company!
