Dr Steemer – Plantation Carpet Cleaning And Tile Cleaning Servic

Horrible service. Had the guy, come to my house to clean my carpet a few weeks ago. When I called the man told me that there was a $ 60 minimum but that was more than enough to do one room. So we decided they would do the one room I needed, then whatever else they could do within that price they would take care of as well. So this guy comes to my house, starts looking all around and tries to give me a price for 3 rooms. And Im just like, «I need one room, and I was wold no more than $ 60» He says, well you need a «deep clean and sanitize because there is dog pee» I said well how much does it cost? He said, $ 120. I insist that I dont need all of that and I was only cleaning one room. He finally comes down to $ 100 for the one room. At this point I just want the carpets to be clean, so I say okay. Then he says, Ill tell you what, $ 120 and Ill do 3 rooms. I say no, but he was just telling me that price for one room. So finally he starts cleaning, I walk outside to look at his truck. And he is plugged into my hose. He didnt even ask me, Just took it and started using it. So now im paying $ 100 for 1 room and paying for the water hes using. no more than 3 minuets after he starts cleaning, hes done. I dont understand how that is a deep clean I dont think he could have done any less work. Then finally he leaves, and my carpet still smells. Even the areas that didnt have pee smell the same. I seriously think he just used my water and no chemicals. I am so pissed with this service. I highly suggest using other companies.
