Great service, good food, what more can a girl ask for? Oh wait, I was hoping they at least open for Sunday brunch!

I grew up eating Chickfila at this location. With all of the new stand alone stores I have been eating at locations in Davie, sunrise and lauderhill often over the past few years. I recently moved near the mall and have found it easy to eat at the food court with my family as we can all choose what we would like to eat. This location is seriously lacking. The food is not the same quality as the stand alone stores. The service is ok. But it seems to lack when you give them feedback or complain. I have had to deal with under size portions, over salted fries and stale ice tea. Things I did not encounter at the other locations. I rarely have been able to see that there is a clear manager at this location in the evening or a strong shift leader to direct the counter staff and make sure there is quality control in the kitchen. I really think this location could be better. Until I notice improvement I will choose one of the other food court choices. Or drive to the Davie location.

Truth be told, I love a mall food court. There is something about it that brings back so many childhood memories. We all had times in our lives when we spent hours at the mall, right?
Enough about me, let’s talk about Chick-​fil-​a.
Located in the Broward Mall food court, this probably is my favorite place to eat in the food court due to its consistency and customer service.
The food itself is like every other Chick-​fil-​a, if you like it at your location then you’ll like it here.
My order is always right and provided to me as quickly as possible.
The ordering process can be a little chaotic. There seems to be multiple lines– those who need to order and those congregating around waiting for their lunch. You never know who’s in line and who isn’t. The poor cashiers are constantly yelling and waiving people over to order. Once you’ve ordered, you’ve become that annoying person congregating somewhere in the middle, probably in someone’s way too.
Hopefully you hear them call your name because it can get loud in the area.
Note: if you’re dining in, the employees will come out to the food court and refill your beverages and take away your trash which is very nice of them. If not, they’ll be happy to give you a refill at the counter.
I guess they really mean it when they say it’s their pleasure.

Ok! I totally love this place. I am not really a fast food person but I love the food in here. The people are so nice they took a great care of us and making sure the meal was ok. The went out of the box for what I request it to eat. Excellent.

This is the very first place that I’ve ever tried Chik Fil A & that was many years ago, when I went to a different location I was wondering why I didn’t go back to Chik– –Fil– A, NOW I know why!, this place truly sucks, I went there today and got the chik fil a sandwich meal and it was so salty, if you take a box of salt and let it sit in your mouth for two minutes that is how my tongue felt through out the day, they also put salt in the fries and that makes no sense! these fries do not need salt, even the lemonade did not taste as fresh as the usual Chik-​Fil-​A lemonade that I get, this place is making the brand look bad (taste wise) wish I would’ve got a refund =(.

The best spicy chicken sandwich in fast food. Thick, Juicy and Really Spicy. Paired with the best waffle fried dipped in their awesome honey mustard sauce and the best lemonade out there. Chick-​fil-​a is above the rest. Table side service with a smile included…

This particular store had great service… I was really impressed with the people working here. You rarely find young employees to put so much care and effort into fast food, but everyone at this particular shop was very kind and respectful; it was as if they actually cared! Chik-​fil-​A is always tasty; food is consistant!

Good Chicken sandwiches or chicken burgers whatever you wanna call it. Before moving here, I was told by my aunt who was an Atlanta resident for 10 years insisted that I should try this place because they have the best chicken sandwiches. They are ok to me kinda salty. The sandwich is made up of a large piece of chicken breast thats super moist between a very soft bun and a couple slices of pickle thats it. No mayo, no onion, no lettuce, tomato, mustard, ketchup — nothing, the sandwich comes bare. They do have condiments in packets sitting on the side. They also have breakfast sandwiches with — you guessed it– chicken. I haven’t tried those yet. The fries are like the criss cut fries you can get at Carls Jr. This place is always packed, there is always a long line. I suppose its just a southern thang.
