As a real estate investor finding a great Title company is very important to my business. I found Approved Title Co. in 2013. I met with the owner Seth, who is an attorney, and his short sale negotiator. I asked all the questions I needed to ask and I was very satisfied with their answers. I used Approved Title Co. after being recommended their services by one of my good friends in the world of real estate. I originally bought my house in 2008(yes I know the bubble hadn’t quite burst yet, but realistically a lender wouldn’t have given me money in the bottom of the crash, so it all worked out for me) with an alright interest rate. Then rates got lower, and lower, and I sat back putting real thought in to refinancing. I did my research and decided refinancing was for me only to get dreams broken due to the fact that my home was then underwater. Finally Obama did something about that and I became eligible for the HARP program and my lender contacted me about refinancing. All in all the process was a tad bit trickier than when I had even gotten the original loan as now interior home insurance was required by the lender and lots of other annoying things, but the one piece of good news was that I was able to select my own title agency and did just that by choosing Approved Title. When I originally bought the house I had no idea what I was doing and just went with what my Realtor said. My original closing was at some awful time during the day that required me to leave work early and wasn’t at all on my schedule. This time around Approved Title let me choose a time that worked for me — after work hours and I was in and out within an hour. The whole process was very smooth and any questions I had were explained to me. I highly recommend choosing Approved Title!
