I work with one of their property managers Jason who helped with a recent transaction for a deal in Broward County and I couldn’t be happier with their process. Jason was extremely efficient and helpful throughout the deal. I recommend working with them for anyone in need of a property management company.

Awful to deal with. Their attitude is one of non response and laziness. On a recent application submittal for a condo we were told «we will not call you if your application is approved or denied, it is up to you to call us.» I would look elsewhere for anyone looking for property representation.

I have updated my review as owner contacted me back and has tried to resolve my concerns regarding his client. I do understand that as a middle man company there is a limited of pull Jason is able to get back from his client. I do appreciate the response back, although I was left in the air without any response for weeks by his client.

This is the laziest, most negligent property management company I have ever encountered as a real estate professional and a property owner. I have collected about $ 1,000 so far in fines and other compensation from the condo association for Alliance’s general lack of response and overall disregard of the Florida statutes that govern the conduct of property managers. I think this so called «company» is comprised of one guy, his son and a part time book keeper. There may be one other woman that helps out as well but that’s it as far as I know. They make a lot of mistakes.
Anyone in the market for property management firms should look elsewhere. If these guys are on your short list; start another list, you can do better. Anyone in a community that is managed by Alliance; if you receive an improper notice, believe it or not, it is easier and more lucrative to take them to arbitration or court as they never return phone calls in my experience. Also make sure you contact the Fl Department of Business and Professional Regulation with any complaints related to improper conduct or collection behavior.

Nastiest employees. Someone by the name of Shelly. Impatient. Impolite and simply rude and obnoxious

Paid my fees 9 days early, and was charged a late fee again. This happens often with this company, I’ve already written a review about it, and it happened again. Paid my dues on 10/​22, for ¹¹⁄₁. The notice is dated for the 7^th, we received it on the 14^th? Dreading the call because these people are extremely rude and nasty every time for no reason, I tried calling at 4pm on a Friday when it says they’re open till 5pm. No answer. Very disorganized company that should not handle people’s money at all.
