I love this place! Always fun to see what new and sample some of the favorites too. It is so much fun to get gifts for friends and family.

Adorable place and owner is very nice! Got some great wooden clogs there for work. Nice to visit an authentic Scandanavian shop :-)

Have been going for years. The ginger cookies are to die for. Wonderful meatballs(not like Ikea’s)…I go there to look at the beautiful crystal, books, and take home traditional, yummy Scandinavian foods. What a treat!

This is a great place to go to when I have a craving for Swedish food items or other Scandinavian food. They have a pretty nice little selection of cheese but we’re not talking Central Market type of variety but you probably won’t find these types of cheese at Central Market. Vasterbotten cheese is my favorite by far. If they would start selling They have lot’s of other types of foods and also souvenirs. They take special orders for Scandinavian ham prepared by a butcher in the US that knows what it’s supposed to taste like and is delivered for Chrismas. Scandinavian ham tastes so much better than the American ham but YMMV. The owner is a real nice lady of Norwegian heritage and can tell you some interesting stories. They also have language lessons and all sorts of cultural events. If they would start selling caribou and Skane Akvavit, I wouldn’t need to go to Sweden as often. Absolut is just not the same.

I was hoping the Swedish bikini ski team worked here during the off-season. Unfortunately, it was just regular people selling nice little souvenirs(so you can tell your friends you went on a trip), interesting cookies, and some kind of fish product in a can.
