Love this gym! Small enough that you will recognize everyone, whether they are employees, or just working out. Large enough that you never ever have to wait for a machine. Towels and fresh fruit-​infused water at the front always. They also have pre made healthy meals, snacks, drinks, pre and post workout available for sale. Full shower and very friendly staff!

I cannot say enough good things about this gym.
The trainers and staff are friendly, always helpful and take a genuine interest in each member.
The gym is the perfect size, not intimidating and never over-​crowded.
The facilities are clean, I am never worried about sanitation, it is always clean.
Above all, there is a family vibe here. They want members to feel at home while working out and they have amazing trainers that will help you reach your goals.
