Whataburger is the best burger chain around, and it’s from Texas to boot. The interiors are all very understated. Some greyish plastic benches and grey tables. Tiled floors. They are very recognizable from the road which is nice. It’s hard to miss the orange and white. I’ve always appreciated that they bring the food to your table, but the drinks are self serve. It’s the perfect amount of service. They know when the food’s ready so they bring it to you, and you know when you need a refill, so you fill it up yourself. No waiting in either circumstance. The logic is undeniable. The food, while somewhat expensive at times, is superb for a fast food chain. Their limited time burgers add good variety. The Monterey Melt burger is the best. While McDonald’s fries have the best reputation, Whataburger’s fries are pretty darn good too. They tend to be on the crunchier side which is nice. Also, they’re all open 24 hours and serve breakfast all the time. Great for midnight munchies.

I was missing my In-n-Out Burger from Vegas and everyone in Dallas kept saying Whataburger was a good comparison. They were right. Whataburger filled my craving for a truly good fresh made burger. I’ve been to several throughout the city but this one has the best service and the nicest people! It doesn’t matter what time of day I drive through, everyone seems happy and cheerful.

Always in search of a good burger, I came here for a quick lunch. I’ ve heard comparisons to So-Cal’s In-n-Out so I figured it couldn’t be that bad. And it wasn’t. I actually liked the burger better than In-n-Out. The burger itself was juicy and the bun was tasty. I added cheese and bacon which made the burger even better. Their fries were surprisingly good as well.
