Tire department employees are very RUDE and impolite, as soon as any of the Tire department employees are walking to the customer to take the order, they’re making sure that you feel very uncomfortable and not welcomed to that department and by their attitude they’re trying to get rid of you from the beginning; with their very unhappy looks on their faces. I just don’t understand lf they don’t like their jobs why they’re still working there??? I’ve been in this place several times and after last time NOMORE, Cheap Prices are not equal to Cheap Customer Service!

It’s a walmart guys… you get what you pay for. Convenience, a predominantly disengaged work force, plenty of choices, and crowds. If you want your hand held go to Neiman or Somewhere else and pay 3x the amount and have to shop at 9 different stores.

I will never get my tires serviced at this Wal Mart again. I only went her because my local Sam’s Club was closed and Discount Tire across the street was closed on Sunday. The fact that they were open after 6PM on Sunday is very convenient. Unfortunately I purchased 2 Good Year Viva tires and had them installed on my car 2 months ago. My wife was driving on the highway today and one of them blew out. Thankfully she was able to safely exit and get to the service road and called me to change the tire. I went back to the Wal Mart with my original receipt and after paying over $ 100 for the tire, they offered me to buy a brand new tire. I was given no other options since they blamed it on everything else besides the tire for lasting not even 2 months. I wish I could say that their customer service left me satisfied to continue my automotive needs here, but I will avoid them and tell my friends to also go elsewhere. It is easy for a service manager to hide behind«store policy» but quality customer service is not supposed to be easy.

Just another generic WM. nothing stands out, no one stands apart. They used to have this BA clearance room in the front but they changed it to something else now. But they do have clearance isles sometimes!

Takes you three times longer to return and item than it does to purchase it. I wonder how many customer get frustrated and keep the item? This is probably a great revenue builder and by design.
