Andy and Russ were such a big help! I rented a trailer and when I went to pick it up they did an inspection to make sure all the lights were working. After the test we discovered that some of the wiring in my car was faulty. Russ and Andy replaced the wiring and spent over an hour making sure I would be able to tow safely. They only charged me for the parts they replaced and didn’t complain about the extra labor even though by the time it was all done it was a little bit after closing hours. Thank you so much you two! And to the guy you called on the phone and also Ron for staying a little bit later at work while the other guys helped me! THANK YOU!

I have rented from UHaul 7 times in the last 6 months… but at this location be sure that you only park in a «designated area» (even if the spaces are are full of carrs and their eguipment) because the employees are so ridgid that they will not allow you to park in front of a display in the front of the store. They told me that peior to renting to me that i had to move my truck or they would not rent me a trailer that I had reserved… so I ended up leaving and renting frpm another location off of the tollway. I will never rent from this location again!
