Had laser hair treatment for the first time. Abigail did the treatment. She was so sweet and informative!

I was excited to get help with hormone therapy. I had an awesome person help me… and then she quit… I had another kind and caring person and then she quit as well… I requested a refund because there was no one to help me, I couldn’t get my refills, truly a nightmare. Awful. $ 1600 dollars later and I got nothing… no relief and well nothing. I would not recommend.

Ok, this review is not against the staff (although they were so behind the schedule that I waited over 1 hour from my scheduled time before they started) and not against Floria, she does a pretty good job on me.
This is against the people who own the place or manage it, and here is why. On a day of my appt between 12:30 pm and 2:00 pm someone stole my Prada sunglasses right from the Total Med Solutions lobby. I placed them on the counter by the glass while was filling out some paperwork and when I was called in, I left them in a hurry on that very counter.
Of course by the time I came out, they were gone. When I asked the front desk who checked out after me, they said they could not give me that info but promised to call few people and find out if they saw my sunglasses. But who would admit, right? So, I didn’t hear from them and didn’t hold my breath either. Just like that, walked in with the sunglasses on my face and walked out holding an empty case. Just to be clear, that was my only appt on that day and I came straight from home.
Now, had the management installed cameras in the lobby, they could’ve seen what happened, who did what and when. Who doesn’t have cameras nowadays? Especially place like that.
I waited for two weeks to see if I would hear from the office and decided to leave a feedback to warn other clients to be careful with their accessories whenever they have an appt.
I guess I am shocked because I didn’t expect someone to be so lowlife cheap to steal the sunglasses that were left behind by someone instead of turning them in like anyone with class would’ve done.
The owners need to spend money on cameras to keep clients safe and comfortable. Not to mention, it would help the owners to see what kind of people they are dealing with.

Had an IPL photo facial today with Michael. He was fantastic, professional, courteous and proficient. I will be buying a package of this procedure as I can already see the results after a few hours! Thank You so much! Wish Michael was at the Plano location always!

I had a wonderful experience today at Total Med Solutions! The front office staff was welcoming & friendly. I received a IPL (Photo facial) from Leasa & she is AWESOME! Very thorough and the procedure was painless. I highly recommend this spa!

I’ve been coming here a few months now and have been seeing laser aesthetician Leasa Reyes who has been doing my IPL photofacials. When I first saw their special on this laser technique, I was doubtful that it would work. Now a few sessions in and I’m a believer. I went in to treat some brown spots forming on my face. I’ve always had a bunch of freckles and moles and now weirdly shaped brown spots as I age. I am noticing that these photofacials are causing these pigments to rise to the surface and eventually dry up and crust off. Therefore, I bought a package of microdermabrasian facials to help remove these areas and reveal a clearer complexion. Highly recommend if you are having the same issue.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! They are always VERY far behind schedule and do not communicate with you at all — even if you ask for an update. The front desk staff is completely incompetent. The woman next to me has been waiting even longer — I just hit the 20 minute mark.

Sonya did a great job on my treatment. I came in with a Groupon for 25 units of Botox. She walked me through every step and was patient and kind with all my questions. Results were exactly what I was looking for and I will definitely be back!
The staff is knowledgeable and made me feel right at ease as it was my first time in and wasn’t sure what to expect.

I came in on a Groupon for an IPL treatment. Leesa was the Esthetician. She was very friendly and made me feel at ease with the treatment. She was very gentle. It did not hurt at all! The machine was very innovative and it did not have the hot temperature like some of the machines I have gotten treatments with before. I would recommend to anyone looking for an effective treatment, no downtime and no pain at all.

Just wanted to follow up on a previous review about the botox technician wanting to put 87 UNITS of botox in me. Went to Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center and they only used 42 which was perfect.

The center here is very clean, and the girls are very sweet and discrete. I came for the laser hair removal; they offer the new painless Soprano Alma ICE laser. Ask for Courtney! She knows what she’s doing and is super patient at explaining things. Four out of my 6 sessions, and I’m seeing great results!

I purchased a Groupon for 25 units of Botox for the Plano spa location. Groupon has already refunded me because of this issue.
I made an appointment with Floria who I was told by the scheduler that she had 16 years of experience as a Botox Injector. After this interaction I find that to be not possible by any stretch!
The personnel are friendly, nice and talkative at this location.
I had to wait approximately 3 hours for my injection — which by the way did not bother me because I looked at it as though If they are so busy they must be good — right?
Not the case in my circumstance. I was injected with either so much or either so very little — who knows with botox — but between my brows into the ll area that my forehead went into a spasm within 24 hours in the area 2/​3rds of the end of my brows closer to my ears, miserable!
I called them and returned in 6 days (for what I understood an adjustment, which by the way made no improvement and I was charged again, as they had me wait for the original injection to set in, only to experience another long (2 hour) wait for Floria upon this 2^nd visit. By this time my eyebrows were so distorted with a scowl appearance result from the unequally distributed Botox.
No diffenrence was made from this visit and I was still continuing to feel the discomfort not to mention the mess of my brows, eyes and forehead.
I was embarrassed by the disfigurement caused by Total Med Solutions of Plano and I was forced to go to a physician for a correction and equal distribution in order to balance the effects of this poor Botox injector/​injection. He charged 320.00 plus an additional fee of 200.00 to be a Botox receiptent at his office (his annual fee). The cost he charged does not matter to me. Why– because by 24 hours of seeing him i had releif of my forehead spasms and I started to begin to look normal again — and Total Med Spa was a memory not to ever repeat for me anyway.
Glad that experience is over and all I say is ‘read and heed’. Best of luck to you all. By the way– this was not my first time for Botox, however; my last with Total Med Spa of Plano.

I purchased a Groupon for 25 units of Botox. I have had it twice before, forehead location, 20 units each time, with perfect results. (Different location). Initially, the day of the visit to the office, I was very pleased. Staff was nice, courteous, professional and prompt. Floria injected the 25 units, and did not pressure me with purchasing more, and I appreciated that. When I left the office that day, I was, overall, very pleased. And then I went home, and waited… and waited. After 3 days, I noticed absolutely no immobilization of the muscles at all. On the previous 2 times I had it done, by day 3, I could see the slowing down of the muscle movement. So I waited, and checked several times a day, for some noticeable effect. There was none. The paper that was sent home with me stated that I should start to see effects between 3 – 7 days. But that if you don’t get «desired results» by day 14, they will see you after that for a «touch-​up» or additional units, possibly at my expense. Desired results are different than no results.
On day 6, I spoke with Lydia and explained my concerns that after 6 full days, there were NO changes, no immobilization of the muscles at all, so that I didn’t feel comfortable waiting a full 14 days, because I knew that if there were no results by day 6, there wouldn’t be at all. I told her that I had reviewed Groupon’s policy on this kind of situation, and that Groupon would not issue a refund after 14 days, but told her I didn’t want a refund, I wanted the Botox to work. At the same time, I didn’t feel I should have to pay for additional treatments when the initial one didn’t work at all.
Bottom line, she put me on hold, after 8 minutes I was disconnected, and was never called back. I contacted Groupon and they issued me a refund on the services. Very Disappointed.

I have been coming to the Plano location for Botox and I love them. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The injection turned out just how I like it and it was pretty much pain free. They have the best prices and great injectors. I will continue to use Total Med for my Botox injections. Thank you for doing the best to make me a satisfied customer.

I bought a groupon from Total Med Solutions a year ago for IPL photofacial. I also bought a deal for laser hair removal and recommended it to my friends. My technician Courtney is sweet and made sure that I was comfortable the entire time during my laser hair removal.
The facility is clean and bright. All the staffs are very nice.

I have been in several times for Botox and each time I felt like I was an annoyance rather than unappreciated customer. Today they were running late and when I asked how much longer they would be I got an eye roll so after them being 20 minutes late I left. The patients time is not appreciated. I called one time and said I was running five minutes late and they wouldn’t let me come in.

My aunt has been coming to Total Med Solutions for her laser hair removal and recommended it to me. When I found that they had a Groupon deal I decided to go ahead and give it a try. The facility is a bit difficult to find with my GPS. So I drove around the block a couple times before finding it. The facility is clean and bright. The staff is great and appointments have been either on time or just a few minutes late. My technician Courtney is sweet and bubbly and made sure that I was comfortable the entire time during my laser hair removal.

Waited over an hour for my scheduled appointment, which took all of 15 minutes. There was another woman in there before me who was also complaining of waiting over an hour. Not the best customer service.
Will say that the nurse, Charisma, was very sweet and did a good job. Have to give her credit where credit is due.

This is the second time I visit Total Med Solutions for Botox and both times I’ve had great experiences. Apart from the long waiting time the girls at the reception/​office have been very friendly (both times) and the lady who did my treatment this last time was GREAT! (I remembered later that her name’s Floria Askari — GREAT lady and I’m def intending to use her moving forward.) I’ll definitely go back — especially since I love the fact that they almost always got some «specials» going on. Nice and friendly staff, great work done AND great prices — you can’t beat that! I definitely recommend Total Meds!

I bought a groupon for Restylene at Total Med Spa and booked an appointment to freshen up for the holidays. Fioria injected my nasolabial folds.
I have before and after photos that will shock you. I cannot figure out how to post photos but if I do I will post them.
She injected the Restylene so close to my mouth that I now have weird parentheses around the upper and lower corners of my mouth. There are big clumps of product in the folds of my mouth that look like sausage rolls and cause my smile to be distorted. I look like I have been in an accident or have some sort of paralysis. The corners of my mouth will not turn up because my face is weighted down with product too close to my lips.
I went to see her the next day as soon as the office opened and I was told she would be there by 9 so I waited until 9:30 and had to leave.
She called me back and told me to come in after lunch and let her look at it. She said it looked fine when I was not smiling. She offered to inject more and I told her no.
I called the Dallas location and asked if I could come in and see someone with more experience. They said they were very busy that day but she would work me in and call me back. The receptionist seemed to be sympathetic but she never called me back. That was on a Friday. I called again on Monday and I was told that I needed to follow up with Floria.
I do not want Floria touching my face again. Do not go here unless you want to look like a clown. Go somewhere reputable and pay full price. Proof positive you get what you pay for!
