I moved in Nov 2012 and it was nice compared to the apartments in Chicago but now I know I could’ve gotten so much more for my money. There are no «perks» to this complex… the gym is subpar, the pool is okay and they seem to have resident «events» like once a year.
When I prepared to move, I had the cleaned the apartment and had the carpets cleaned only to get a bill for $ 109 and a bulk of that was for a dent that was on the fridge. I did NOT put that dent that and it was painted over when I moved in to cover it up. When I tried to explain this to the property manager she «claims» it was not on the previous tenants move out form so I must have put it there. I was/​am FURIOUS!!! I paid my rent on time ever month and this is the thanks I get when I move out. If you rent apartment 1226, PLEASE write down that there is a dent on the fridge or you will be charged $ 80 when you move out. BEWARE!!!

If you could give 0 stars that’s what I would give. We have lived here for over 4 years and ever since the new management company took over things have gone downhill. The rent has gone up every year and while that would be acceptable if our apartment had been upgraded like most of the others some how we keep getting passed up. They made us remove our satellite dish and are constantly losing paperwork. We requested for our carpet to be cleaned and that never happened. The worst part of it all is that we would have moved out before renewing this year but they didn’t give us our new rate and or lease paperwork until 2 days before our old lease ended. While the location is prime the management company is not! If I had to do it all over we would of moved out when the new management company took over!

The only reason to live at this apartment complex is the proximity to the nature preserve. The staff is so appalling that any benefit derived from the location is essentially negated. If you ask them for help, they may or may not oblige; however, be assured that if they provide any type of assistance it will be with a horrendous attitude. Never have I encountered staff at a complex that was so rude, hostile, and totally worthless. They all need to be trained in customer service and how to treat others with common decency.

We have been here for 2 months. The management and staff are very professional, responsive and friendly… which is not typical. We were drawn here due to the previous positive tenant comments. A professionally run and well maintained place, peaceful with good neighbors… we made the right decision! Good location as well. Larry and Mary.
