Bought two sweaters, three shirts and a necklace on Saturday at the Charlottesville store spending over $ 350. Loved this store in Nashville so was very excited to see the addition in C’ville. However, when I got back to my hotel I saw 2(identical) necklaces in my bag and saw that i was charged for both. Store was closed by then so I returned the next day(Sunday less than 24 hours later) and was told the error could not be fixed. I was welcome to pick something something else. This was not acceptable as I never intended to purchase two of the same necklace. The clerk, Barclay, called her manager who said she would call me the next day to process a refund. I asked for her phone number and Barclay kept the duplicate necklace. I did not hear from the manager on Monday, so I called the number given me by Barclay. No answer. No returned call to my message. Called again Tuesday… and Wednesday, no returned call. At this point I have no choice but to dispute the charge on my credit card. Impeccbale Pig has my money AND the necklace. NOT acceptable. Too bad their policy and their lack of customer service cost them another repeat customer.

«There is an impeccable Pig in Dallas?!? PULLOVER! I want to go in!!» I had NOT A CLUE that this store was in Dallas. I walked in and browsed around and quickly chatted with the sales associate. They’ve been in that same location for 6 or 7 years! I have lived in that area for at least 4 years and did even know. I was just so used to mall shopping… It’s about the same as the one in Charlotte, NC. Today they had about three FULL racks of clothes that were on sale for $ 30-$ 45. I found a super cute jacket on sale that was $ 30.(Original price was $ 89) I wasn’t planning on purchasing anything… but I couldn’t live without that jacket. Sizes are typical boutique style. Go up one size in most things. Location is good. A shopaholic’s nightmare/dream. It’s near white/black, Nordstrom Rack, Charming Charlie’s, and tons of others. Go. You won’t be disappointed.

I have been a regular customer for a couple of years now. Recently purchased a pair of earrings for my daughter that were the wrong color. Went back to the store for an even exchange for earrings in the correct color and was denied the ability to do an exchange. I had the receipt and was told the 7 day period had been exceeded. The earrings were still in the bag with the sticky tag on them. tough policy. I will not return as a customer.
