I have had an ongoing terrible experience with this office. Ridiculous billing issues, rude communication from the billing department, and now after 3 of my own attempts and 2 from my pharmacy, they will not refill my prescription for birth control. We have been trying since last Wednesday. If you are familiar with birth control, it’s not something you can just skip for a week. I have sent several messages via the patient portal and called several times, and all I get is a message that the office is closed for the holidays(it is January 12th, and I have called during normal operating hours) Terrible and shady.
