I like the people who work at this branch. Nice and friendly. Lines are usually short, no problems with them.
Texans credit union has cut back on many services. They no longer provide Medallion Signatures. This is an important service to have in the event you need a signature guaranty.
If you want to cash in rolled coins they charge you 5% of the value of the rolled coins! Really?
I’m looking for a new place to bank.

been a member of the credit union for over 10 years. Most of my business has been at their Campbell road branch. But recently went in to close a loan and the Branch Manager (Elizabeth) took the initiative to help me out. She was just outstanding in terms of getting everything ready and keeping me in the look through the whole process.
I would certainly recommend this branch as well as Texans for their overall products and services.
