Worst Subway ever, which is Sad because it’s a great location. As I walked in I was greeted by a very unkept dirty looking employee with baggy saggy pants was walking out and spit on the sidewalk in front of the FRONTDOOR! He was with what looked like his wife and child(very obese) walking them to their car which was parked directly in front of the store taking up customers’ spaces. I went in saying to myself thank god he’s gone! When he suddenly returned and went behind the counter to take my order much to the chagrin of me and the other customers. I walked out, no way I’m going back! I know it’s hard to find good employees but this was bad. Then I saw all the bad reviews on Unilocal and it made sense.

We ordered three simple $ 6 menus and two kids menus(marked $ 4.50 on board). Service: We were charged $ 5/each for kids sandwich, extra $ 1.50 each for kids milk and then extra $ 5 for chips that are suppose to be included in the simple 6 meal. Thinking it to be a simple mistake I took it back to the counter. First, the lady tells me the board is wrong. The kids meal is $ 5 and does not include milk and I should talk to the manager. Where is the manager? He will be here tomorrow(with a smirk). Really? I tell her ok, but I am putting this on the Internet. She sees me typing on my phone. Smirk is not there anymore. About a minute later, she calls me and says she ‘talked’ to the manager and will give the difference back and hands me two dollars and change back. ??? Not sure how that calculation came about. I tell her that is not correct but that’s ok. It’s only a couple of dollars so I don’t care about the money but I am not feeling good about this place. I am still on my phone. A minute later, she calls me back to the counter(does not come to me), and wants to tell me she is correct and now that she didn’t charge for a chip that we had. What?! I kept telling her to look at the menu and what was charged but she doesn’t even glance at the menu or my receipt. At this point, three bites into the sandwich, I have lost my appetite. I throw it away. Driving back home, I realize that this lady may not know how to read. English was for sure not her first language. I feel a little less upset that it was stupidity and not ill intention. But if this is true, the manager needs to at least explain the menu(that the simple 6 meal INCLUDES the chips, kids meal INCLUDES milk) so it is understood. Food: Same meats and cheeses as other Subways. Have seen fresher looking veggies in other places.

Worst service anyone could ever have. And the staff is horrible. Watched the guy make 6 sandwiches and take them outside to a car. He didn’t ring them up for anything.

I haven’t been to Subway in a long time, and I now remember why I always avoided this location. The place was practically empty, and there was no one in line. Just about everything sitting out in the open didn’t look too fresh. My tomatoes were mushy and the lady put an obnoxious amount of dressing on my sandwich. No friendly service here either. $ 17 for dinner for 2 at subway… I think I’ll pass.

I rarely ever eat at Subway so I am not too familiar with their menu. I walk in, quickly scanning the menu because it was my turn. I obviously looked confused but the 2 employees stood there staring at me. The lady eventually got impatient and turned around(I am assuming she is rolling her eyes). Anyways, I tried asking them what kinds of sandwiches they had, but they didn’t seem to understand English. So I picked the first thing I saw. Anyways, my Subway club was okay. I tried it with the jalapeño cheese bread(which was smashed up and mushy). I even asked the guy to toast it, but it didn’t help. RUDERUDERUDE service! Don’t assume that every customer that walks in knows your menu. My sandwich was okay. Maybe I’ll try it again, hoping that there are more helpful, friendlier employees next time or I just don’t eat at Subway again. Blah.

Subway is not what it used to be. It is very sub-standard and boring. I would rather go to Quiznos or something before I go here. I don’t belive that their produce is fresh daily either.
