We just left and bought most of the paint we need. The customer service at this location from Jason and Omar was tops! They helped us with product selection and advised of their new paint consultation service. We will return.

Walked in and was immediately greeted. Laurie walked up, smiled and asked if we needed assistance– great 1st impression. We explained our project to Laurie and she gave us some suggestions. The location was clean and all associates seemed to be busy assisting customers. Check out was fast and easy.
Got the product home and painted. Our project turned out great and we’ll be returning. Love the product!

Every time my wife and I have been to this location, the customer service has been less than pleasant. The people are rude and will share opinions that you don’t care to hear. Nobody wants to be told something won’t look good when it’s something you have already painted and are just touching up. Keep your opinions to yourself!
When visiting one time, we asked about a discount offer that was going on and were told we had to have a coupon present. On another note, when visiting the Virginia location, not knowing anything about a sale that was taking place, the lady mentioned it to us and gave us the discount without asking for you. Sounds like to me the location off Virginia is more people friendly!
Won’t be going back to the Custer location anymore!

Assistant store manager, Leah, was very professional and friendly. She knew what she was doing by troubleshooting and mixing the perfect match to the 4 yr old builder grade paint I brought in. I was able to bring the paint home and make touch ups without seeing much difference from the original paint color. The store offered a decent mix of supplies. There was a little waiting involved as Leah juggled a few other customers, but she acknowledged and thanked me for my patience, which made me feel like I was still a priority. I helped myself to a free cup of coffee until my paint was mixed to the right color. Leah suggested Super Paint and it coats nicely. I will definitely return.
