Sheridan Park at Spring Creek

I hate this apartment! We have lived here for about 6 – 7 months and it’s horrible! They have a trash valet that they keep changing the hours on, then they don’t pick up your trash, and then they charge you $ 50 per bag left that they have failed to pick up. On top of that we have had a leaky MOLDY window for months, we have talked to them multiple times, the have sent 2 different people out and all they did was paint over it! They didn’t clean it, replace it or even fix the leak. So the mold keeps coming back! Our motorcycles was stolen from the Parking lot and they did nothing!!! The 2 swimming pools they offer are always green! The car cleaning area, it’s been broken since we moved in. It is seriously the worst place to live! Horrible management! Then entire office team is different now besides the manager! I would never ever ever recommend this place to anyone!

Some of these reviews are just flat out disgusting! Really hope that last one isn’t a neighbor of mine, or had moved because puerile like your bring the property value down. I have lived here several years as well, and this group is by far the best this place had ever had. They keep it clean, they keep us informed and the gave us a face lift! I transferred to an updated apartment and it was so worth the cost. All my stuff is new… my appliances are stainless steel! Everyone is so nice! Mohammad is so sweet, always smiling. Sahara is always asking to help and the «black lady» (from other review) is Courtney, and she has gone out of her way for me and my family since she came here a year ago. This management, Waterton, is great, and they are really making some great changes! All they need is Rodney, he was the best. But I guess we can’t have it all.

update — about 3 weeks ago i submitted a request for a running toilet… took them a whole week to come… and can you believe its still running? i could have gone to home depot myself and fixed. whats the purpose of having a maintenance dept! by the time i submit another request to have it fixed, it will take another week. I can’t wait til my lease is up!!! ugh! i hate this place!!!
i went to get my clothes from the laundry facilities onsite today, when i returned, there was a man in my apt!!! some contracted window person! not even a staff member… he had a key, i was SHOCKED AND SCARED! I received 0 notice of anyone coming in to work on window or anything else. No note on the door, no email. NOTHING!
Please don’t move here!
