Moving process has been hectic but I’m so glad Arlene talked me into buying the extra boxes (most of the ones I found around are falling apart). This site is so clean I feel safe coming at any time! Thanks public storage and special thanks to Arlene (hope that’s spelled right).

We are in the middle of a move and needed to rent storage space. I reserved a space on line at this particular Public Storage. i immediately received a call from Brandi, the on-​site manager. She answered all my questions efficiently and we arranged to meet to actually rent the unit. When I arrived at the unit she handled the transaction quickly and professionally, explaining everything I need to know. She showed me the unit, which was excellent (inside 10×15, climate controlled, with outside loading dock). It was clean and easily accesssible. When the movers were moving stuff in, we had a question, and she immediately came over and answered the question. A few days later, while checking on our things, I had a problem getting the lock to work. Again, Brandi immediately came over to the unit and helped me out.
I have been very impressed both with this Public Storage and Brandi and would recommend them to anyone.
