The fitness challenge(boot camp) is very affordable and definitely worthwhile. The best part is the music! I looooved the music … on the one day I went. Okay so I am trying to form a workout routine but I routinely fail. Ignore that. As much as I hate working out, I really felt inspired by these guys. Their chants(How do you feel?! POWERFUL!), and their knowledgeable approach melted my heart. On the first(and only) day, I received«my numbers» which taught me about my level of hydration, the age of my body vs the actual number of years I’ve been on earth, and several other eye-opening facts. I would have finished the camp but what had happened was that my momma called and told me something good so I couldn’t. You go!

Plano Nutrition has been a God send to me. Not only is it a positive atmosphere focused on helping people achieve their health and fitness goals, the people are friendly and the shakes taste like amazing desserts. One of my favorites is the Orange Cream, although Reece’s Cheesecake is never a bad choice. if you’re looking for a healthy alternative then come check it out. «Fast food for smart people» helped me lose 53 lbs in just 4 months… BOOM!!!

I gave this place TWO chances and was just not impressed. The people are friendly and all but the shakes were funky to me. I loveeeeeeeee herbalife shakes/products but their recipes were textured all wrong and… idk, just GROSS. I tried the brownie batter(eh, chalky, didn’t taste like brownie batter at all) and the italian crème cake(like sucking PUDDING up an oversized straw). I ended up throwing the last one away because I couldn’t handle it. I also don’t like that you can’t pick your tea flavor, you just have to have whatever they made that day. That being said, the teas I had tasted fine. As far as their menu selection goes, it’s a totally different one then they have on their online menu. The also don’t have an exact breakdown of how many calories are in each individual shake. The menu says each shake is 250 calories — it’s IMPOSSIBLE that they all have the same # of calories, especially considering they use full fat peanut butter amongst other fatty/junky ingredients. My guess is that each shake is in the 350 – 500 range… and I can eat at McDonald’s for those kinds of calories! Now, I DO like that this place is open late. If their shakes were good, I’d go here every night. Also, the people working here were friendly/knowledgable and fit looking which I think is appropriate.

The shakes are amazing, and their wellness coaches are incredibly helpful and knowledgable!
