I actually have been here a few times to this location and like any golf store, the staff will help assist you in finding what you need. Because I’m a novice, I definitely need help, but not only that, but I need a «coach» to help me find what exactly I need to buy. Some help and some go beyond the call of service and tell you why such a product exists etc. The last time I went, Bo Bostrom, an ex-PGA Professional golfer and now sales associate, helped me find what I need and taught me a few things or two! If you feel overwhelmed by the expansive nature of golf stores, this place will give you that personal attention that any novice or advance me golfer wants.

want a person to help you go somewhere else. Worst service in my life. I told 2 different sales people while I was hitting clubs that I would be buying all new clubs. Both said they were finishing with someone and would be right back. Never came back and later saw one talking to another employee and the other helping someone look at a putter. Most frustrating experience. And when needing help buying a new tennis Racquet the only person who knew about stringing does not work the weekends. Nice, store huge selection and terrible sales people. The cashiers were the only ones doing their jobs correctly. Go to Edwin Watts and a tennis pro shop not to this great building and stock with under-trained people.

I try to split my purchases between the PGA Superstore, Golfsmith and Golf Galaxy. The past two visits to this PGA Superstore was disappointing at best. On both occasions I have had two older gentlemen that I believe may have been experiencing some form of constipation. They acted like they were moving the world at answering a question and then chastising me for not readily accepting their answer. Well, after leaving this location I drove over to Golfsmith and asked the same question and received a friendly answer that didn’t fully resolve the issue but the person directed me to where I could find the answer and that was what I was after. Needless to say, PGA Superstore will be delegated to «last resort» status.

Go see Andy at this store to get club fitted. Terrific store and I cannot say enough good things about Andy. He is patient, knowledgeable and a former collegiate coach. He is also nice guy to boot.

This store is primo for people into golf and tennis. They have everything a golfer could possibly dream of — right down to the magnet and copper bracelets the PGA players wear. They have an indoor driving range, putting greens, chipping green, and virtual games for golf enthusiasts. On the tennis side — they have one full size indoor court. There are also many, many brand names to chose from for clothes, rackets, and shoes. Ok the best part — they offer lessons(some free) for both tennis and golf. It’s 1000 degrees out and you don’t want to melt your face off, this is the place to go. You can still get your workout and meet a lot of great people.
