Wonderful update. After reading my review, instead of apologizing or trying to make anything right, she demanded that I come back — so she could blast me in person, I presume. Said she got her credentials in Houston in the late 1990s, so she’s not right out of school. Sorry! I was trying to cut her a break there. How can anyone have that much experience, and be so horrible? Can’t manage a calendar, let alone a business.
Thought I’d like her right off the bat, really had high hopes, even after they lost not one but TWO appointments I had made. After they gave me not one but twelve shots in the jaw. After they had to order not one but TWO replacement crowns for a single tooth. And more — mistake after mistake after mistake after … I don’t say ‘good job’ to incompetence. Not going to start now.
