I’ve used Mr Skip’s home inspection on major and minor inspections on a repeat basis going back nearly 10 years which probably, «says it all».
His inspections are thorough in their investigation which is absolute key for discovering if there are underlying problems in a home and his reports provide suggested actions. Honest and reliable, I recommend Skip highly.

Mr. Skip provided us with the confidence to pursue negotiations with the seller. He was thorough, efficient and dealt with me in a charming, non-intimidating way. From my initial call to set up the appointment to receipt of the report, I knew we had selected the perfect home inspector from the list provided by our realtor. His years in the business reassured me. With my fiancé out-of-town on business, it fell to me to meet inspection deadlines. With the recent weather, grounds were soggy, but Mr. Skip was very conscientious working outside in, and left no trace of his inspection. The written report, replete with visual documentation, was issued within 18 hours. I highly recommend «Mr. Skip.» He accepts cash or check, no credit/debit. He even gave me a computer pen!
