I have been going here for about 6 months. I switched to a kangertech even though I had a perfectly fine ecig about 2 months ago because I liked the color. Today I brought it in because it hasn’t been charging. After examining it, the guy saw that it wasn’t due to my misuse of the ecig. Sometimes they just give out is what he said. I always purchase my juice from here and have recommended it to all of my friends (I had 3 people buy ecig sets from here) they offered me 15% off an ecig set I would be buying from them after buying a brand new one less than two months ago and was even told that it was in perfect condition. Absolutely ridiculous and insulting. Greedy management. Even the employee was a bit surprised he wouldn’t budge. Very loyal customer that will be telling her friends to avoid this place now. Buying a new e cig set from another place in Dallas now.

Walked in and was instantly s*** talked about how «s****y» and «nooby» my Arctic on a IPV2 Mini was. Was told that I «didn’t know anything about vaping or I would already have been shopping there». I was trying to be nice and ask constructive questions and got nothing but low-grade product shoved down my throat.
Rude. Overpriced. Bad Quality. Over Bearing.
Also,
they just blindly mix their liquid without measuring in an unclean environment. And no a little closet that is employees only is not a legit clean room. Never going back.

This shop is a great place for people that vape or are interested in quitting smoking. There are couches and various refreshments for those that want to hang out. There are also over one hundred house flavors to test, all listed and numbered in a menu, then set out in numerical order. It’s very easy to find the flavors that you want to try, and there are plenty to choose from. They also carry premium juice lines (including cloud chasers) to buy. They have many mods, batteries, rdas, tanks, and drip tips to choose from. The guy that was working there was also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this store for anyone in the area that has any vaping needs!
Brandon– My favorite house juice is probably the tropical skittles, and I love the entire cloud chasers line!
